I had to go in for a couple money orders and a cashier's check. All of the staff were very friendly and eager to help those they were assisting. They got me situated easily and seemed to do the same with all the couple of people prior to me.

Nice bank but can't get orders for new cards, weve been to 2 branches and neither one can get it mailed to my Granddaughter's address.?????it's terrible, if another bank had 1st time bank account for school age customer I would consider changing banks even though I have been with chase for many years, around 20 years.

We worked with Steve Pollard at the Avon, IN branch and he was very professional and helpful. Our scheduled appointment started on time and he was able to get everything done that we needed to. He was easy to communicate with before the appointment to make sure we had everything we needed for the services requested. Highly recommend working with him.

The approaching sidewalk and the area immediately in front of the entry doors are covered in goose crap. Not a little goose crap, but lots and lots of goose crap. The two geese standing by the doors confirmed this for me. Green goose crap.A hose will do wonders in making this less of a health hazard for bank customers and employees.

I love being a Chase bank user so far. I'm a new customer, and their service has been awesome thus far! Having a REAL bank helps me out in so many ways from rentals, hotels, and fraud alerts. Even helps with notary services that I need help with recently. I don't see myself going anywhere.

Under staffed is an understatement. Went in and there was a line going to the back of the bank where the drive through teller is. Just one person is running inside and out.

I asked to add a beneficiary to my account I was told to come back the next day as they were too busy. I returned the next day and I was told I had to make an appointment as they were too busy once again. I went to another branch and my request was completed within 5 minutes.

I believe this was my first time doing face to face, previous experience at this location was at the atm.The bank teller came to the camera said hello and went off screen before I could finish responding.I sat there for maybe 5mint wandering when someone would interact with me.After some time passed I pressed the call button and pretty much expressed that. Without rolling her eyes yet rolling her eyes the lady asked me what I needed as tho I was bothering her.She headed up not being able to help me with what I needed , which is fine.So Now I am going to follow my gut and go to the branch that provides me great costumer services.The service was so poor I am leaving this review while parked in their parking lot.

The new branch manager is very unhelpful. Just to save 5 minutes of his time have gave med runaround and same thing was done at some other branch. I have never seen such an attitude in a bank manager. Usually bank managers are very friendly and helpful but not here.

This is the worst branch I’ve ever worked with. No one has time for you. I’ve ordered 3 cards now because my name said “none” on my card. Waited for 30 mins in lobby after calling 10 times back to back. For someone to tell me they can’t help me because they had appointment at 5:30 when it was 5:15 so definitely had time to order a card for me. Called today to get the managers email address to complain and they didn’t have time to give me that. Told me they couldn’t send my card to a PO Box which was a lie considering my fiancé got his card just fine no errors. And the lady literally said “well i tried to help you.” “You will have to talk to someone else.” Definitely going to the chase branch closest to Danville Indiana. Do not recommend for anyone that is opening a chase account to go to this branch.
