Nothing against the employees of this branch, but Chase Bank in general is the absolute worst place ever to have an account. That is unless you prefer to be treated like trash and talked down to and lied to when you call customer service needing help. Typical big bank Wall Street thieves.

I have called six chase banks, no one ever answers the phone ever. You get thrown into some telephone loopy loop. I would never bank there and I have decided that I am not even going to try to notify them that one of their customers is deceased. Let them figure it out on their own and the one person that I did call at an 800 number the estate department was the rudest Unhelpful?person I ever dealt with and wouldn’t help with closing a checking account. This is a bank. Ha! No wonder they get no higher than 3 1/2 stars they deserve less than one I would give them zero if possible.

Misplaced my debit card went into the branch and requested an expedited card. I was told by the lady assisting me that I would have it before within the next 3-4 business days. Today is Friday I went into the bank on Monday and still no card. After speaking with customer service I was informed that the card was not put in or ordered as a rush order. I am very disappointed with the customer service representative at the Avon branch. I was very specific as to my needs. I am a travel nurse and need to get back on the road in an unable to without my debit card. Not everyone is comfortable using the digital cards

This bank is pointless... ATM is down and tellers won't take deposit. Never heard of a bank that doesn't actually do bank things.

This branch no longer takes cash deposits. Continue on Rockville 9246 E US Highway 36Avon, IN 46123. Great customer service there.

This location only has ATM they do not carry cash they are only mortgage services investment services and new accounts. If you need an actual bank branch branch don't come here they cannot help you nor will they make the effort to.

Came in to deposit cash into my account and they rudely explained they don’t handle cash at this bank and then refused to assist with a cashiers check that I was needing. Not sure why this location is even open.

Came in to get info about a dispute I filed, and the guy gave me funny looks and proceeded to speak LOUDLY about how I basically tried to con the system. He literally was rude until he realized, my check that I worked for was taking as well. I just wanted my money and to do as told by the claims department and he turned it into a investigation. I had a claim number, bank statements and photo evidence , that he also didn’t care to see. Never again!!

Express. They removed tellers since the last time I was there. Lady was friendly that I spoke to, but I'm not feeling not being able to walk into the bank without my debit that I have locked away ?

Not sure why this location changed to basically 'customer does everything for themselves'. I brought in a deposit with slip already filled and withdraw slip and while they would have someone help me with the deposit (after I waited for 2 people before me) they suggested I use the atm for withdrawal. Not sure when chase turned into a self serve bank considering we pay monthly fees but yet go to a branch and can't even get one person to do all our transactions for us in one sitting.

Despite ever-changing Covid guidance, this Chase branch on IN 267 and Rockville Rd. manages to continue serving customers while staying sensitive to the needs of Chase staff. The associate that took my call for an appointment was knowledgeable and showed great follow through. Our Chase rep today, Steve Pollard, didn't have a minute to catch his breath between phone inquiries and customer appointments, but he stayed on time and on task. Quite an unexpected blessing I must say!
