My service was awesome as always. I was not able to make my scheduled appointment due to a flat tire and needing to take my car to get the tire fixed first, then I came to the dealership and they fit me into the schedule 6 hours after my appointment. They have always been accommodating and very professional and kind at the same time

When I first bought my car, I thought I had a great experience until I came into my first mechanical issue with the vehicle. The forever warranty isn’t exactly what I anticipated it to be or what was explain to me. I took time off of work to get my car looked at for them to tell me that they cannot do anything for me. That it would be best to take it to that given dealership so that they can solve the issue. Now I am back at square one needing to take more time off of work in order to take my car to get looked at. The experience of buying the car to the experience with the auto shop are totally two different extremes. I am not pleased.

There is not a better staff member to work with than David Snoddy at Champion Chevrolet in Avon!My 2019 Hyundai Veloster was broken into and stolen on at the beginning of August... Needless to say, buying a car was not on my agenda for this year, or the foreseeable future.When the verdict from insurance finally came, I decided to pursue an SUV. Driving an SUV as my rental for a few weeks certainly influenced this decision.You just can't beat the style of the new Chevy Trailblazers... I had been communicating with a few dealerships in the week preceding my purchase. I had found a great deal on a 2021 Trailblazer at Chevrolet Hare in Noblesville. I confirmed its availability on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, and informed Cat that I would be in to test drive and likely purchase on Thursday, September 14, 2023. On Thursday, I confirmed its availability again and reserved an appointment for 9:30 AM. When I got to Chevrolet Hare in Noblesville, I approached the front desk and informed them of my communication with Cat, the car in which I was interested, etc.I was introduced to someone who brought me to their desk and told me that they had sold the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer the night before. I was frustrated because I had confirmed its availability on Wednesday and on Thursday. I wouldn't have reserved an appointment nor paid for an Uber for the commute if I had known the only vehicle in which I was interested was no longer available. I was clear on my budget and the style of car for which I was shopping. Needless to say, I was offered a test-drive of a 2024 Chevrolet Trax and new Blazers that were $10,000 above my budget. I kindly declined their hospitality and booked yet another Uber to Champion Chevrolet in Avon.While I waited for my Uber, I verified the availability of the two (2) 2021 Chevy Trailblazers at Champion Chevrolet and informed them that I would be there as soon as possible to test drive.Upon my arrival, David greeted me and immediately gave me the rundown of the process, availability with prices and features, and offered me a test drive. I knew the second I pulled out of the lot for my test drive that I was going to offer a check to David. I couldn't go home empty-handed after driving such a beautiful car.I spent a lot of time waiting, but I had taken the day off of work, so I wasn't extremely bothered about the wait. David had many clients come in between our transaction and requested him by name--David is the real deal at Champion Chevrolet. The wait was worthwhile, as the maintenance team took the time to fill the gas tank, fill the windshield wiper fluid, and detail my new ride externally and internally.David, Sydney, and Lakesh were an honor to work with.I cannot recommend Champion Chevrolet enough!

Would absolutely refer anyone to this dealership! Great customer experience. Had been shopping for a vehicle for a while and needless to say this dealership in my opinion is the best. Cory was extremely friendly and on top of it. Used car manager was great at explaining everything to me as was the finance personnel. Need a car??? Go visit Cory he will not disappoint you.

Brooks was in constant communication throughout the day with a status update to keep me informed on the progress being made on my truck. She was extremely helpful and detail oriented. Minus the large bill, the customer service was top notch. . My truck is running well again.

Worked with Brad Korby regarding online options- was passed along to Jki Range to look over options on the lot.Both gentleman were swift and honest- strait shooters. I really appreciated them providing me the information I needed for an upcoming purchase.I would recommend this lot over any other that I’ve been to in the area

The timing of the need for repairs was at a critical time for our family. Dealing with a love one in the hospital, my bandwidth was maxed. Brooks took the time to listen to our need and coordinated a plan. She maintained regular updates throughout the process removing any additional stress from me.

I want to start of by saying that the sales experience at Champion Chevrolet was a very positive one. Unfortunately our service experience has ruined our impressions of this dealership. I called and asked to schedule an oil change and brake job on our recently purchased vehicle, and was assured that it could be worked into the schedule the day that I was told to drop it off. Prior to dropping off our vehicle I made the service department aware that a drivetrain malfunction had also come up. I was thankful that we had purchased the extended warranty. I was told by my service contact that the car would have to be taken to a different dealership for service and was asked if I would like them to transport it to that dealership. I agreed to have it transported by Champion Chevrolet on our behalf only to be contacted 3 days later sayin that my contact misinformed me and that was not an option. He did advise me a week to the day after drop off that our oil and brakes had been completed. I was told that we would have to transport our vehicle to the other dealership for service ourselves even though we had purchased the warranty through Champion Chevrolet even though it has a drivetrain malfunction. The service that we have received after the amount of money that we have spent is absolutely unacceptable. We now have also had to rent a vehicle to get to and from work do to the delay of service and miscommunication on the dealerships service department and will likely have to pay out of a pocket for a tow bill to transport the vehicle to anther dealership to complete the warranty work. Disappointed would not even begin to describe how I feel about the service we have received. I'm hoping that others haven't and don't experience this type of headache.

First off, Cory was an amazing salesman! Very courteous and engaging. I bought what they called a "Bargain" car, which I am happy with. The only reason the dealership doesn't get 5 stars is, they couldn't produce what kind of minor repairs would be needed. That would save me, and other customers, a lot of troubleshooting time. But overall, the staff I interacted with was amazing! And having the internet sales lady put my name on a hang tag from the rear view mirror was a nice touch!

Called to confirm they had the car we saw on their website. The price was just outside our budget, but they said to come on in and they'd work out a price for us. Long story short, we only asked for a $1K reduction in the price to get it within our budget. They came to the table with a list of add-ons that shot the price of the car to over $30K when the original price was only $22,200! We made it clear up front that we weren't interested in extended warranties, special exterior coatings, etc. just the advertised price of the car and a willingness to give us that $1K price break. Not only did they balk at "working with us", they refused to come off the price at all. Old School Dealer Tactics & a major Shell Game is all you'll find there. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 Stars was because the staff there "seemed" genuine & initially honest to do what they said they'd do. Unfortunately we were broadsided by the infamous dealership bait-n-switch along with smoke & mirrors!

Went in and bought a brand new truck from Champion. Unfortunately it came from the factory with a faulty seal. The Service manager Jim was for informative and helped me understand what was going on and made sure it was fixed and fixed properly. From David in the sales side to Jim in the service side it was all around a good experience. It wasn’t ideal having an issue with my brand new truck, but happy it was fixed promptly and fixed right.
