My vehicle was down for several days due to a transfer case going out. Tyler the service advisor was very helpful and communicated with me through the whole process, and my car was done in a timely fashion.

I visited several dealerships in the greater Indianapolis area when shopping for a new 2024 Silverado ZR2. I found Andrea Goodwin at Champion Chevrolet to be by far the most informative and helpful. **BEWARE** I took my vehicle here for its 60k mile routine inspection. I wasnt having any issues, no dashboard lights, it was running like a dream. I have oil changes done regularly and try very hard to take very good care of it inside and out. For reference it is a 2021 GMC Terrain.
I dropped it off after work, and the next day they called to say i had a significant leak in my transmission. They could fix it, but they would need to take apart my transmission to do so and it would cost me upwards of $3500.
I was flabbergasted, since i had nothing that supported there were any issues of this caliber. I told them to not work on it and i would pick it up that evening.
After picking it up from Champion, i took it to a GMC Dealership and had a full diagnostic check done, along with a transmission flush. The GMC mechanic called back and said there was nothing at all wrong with my vehicle. Everything looked good. I paid $600 for all the services they provided, and feel confident that my vehicle has many years ahead.
Be wary of "mechanical issues" Champion says your vehicle has. I will not be bringing my vehicles back here for any reason, and would suggest you dont either. They are either scamming folks in misdiagnosing issues, or they are severely untrained to do the scope of work they claim to be able to handle. Either way, it is dangerous to do business with them.

The wait was long with no updates. I was sent a link to update me on the progress of my vehicle, but it didn't actually get updated until after they came to get me. There were signs in the building behind the desks stating that an air filter change, oil change and tire rotation was $79.99 but then I was informed that a tire rotation was an additional charge, and the oil change and air filter change was $90.00. When I asked why it was different the employee told me that Jiffy Lube raised their prices so Chevy felt they could charge more. I don't feel it is acceptable to advertise a price that is incorrect and then tell a customer that the ONLY reason prices were raised was because another company charges more now too.... Times are tough and that $20 difference makes a difference. I have been coming to this chevy for many years (even though I live downtown) because I felt that they were the best. Brooks was amazing and always treated us right but is no longer there, I will be finding a different dealership after this visit.
