Initially a year ago I bought my home computer and printer. Now, I have been returning for GeekSquad assistance with hook up and training to use it (mostly online chat). All my questions have been handled with patience both in sales and the Squad after. I really appreciate it as I am both a Senior and Dyslexic.

Have had 3 total deliveries of kit hen appliances and one of washer and dryer. I had bad experience with deleivery and set up of washer and dryer but all others were great. And manager at time of my bad experience made it very right and was great.

I bought a multi function printer specifically to send faxed. I found that although the model I bought had a phone jack, it could not send faxed. Best buy exchanged it for me for the model that can send faxed. This was all done in one day because Best Buy has local inventory in their stores. Thank you Best Buy!!!
