I called the store this morning (December 8th) to make sure I can swap out my wallflowers that I do not like. 3 were completely full and unopened. Only one was used and it was barely used. Also I had a wallflower plug that stopped working. I called the store to verify their 100% guarantee and the lady I spoke to said yes Bath and body still does that and no receipt is needed. Just my drivers license. I came in at 4 pm and the lady at the front of the store (she had a leg brace on) saw me bring a bag in and asked if I had an exchange. I told her yes and asked how it works. She even said “pick out your wallflowers and plug, then just get in line and they’ll be able to swap them out evenly.” I told her I had no receipt and she said that’s fine and they’ll still swap them out for me especially because they are unused and unopened. I chose my wallflowers and plug in, got in line and waited over 20 minutes. It was no big deal though, because I knew how busy they were. Sue was checking me out and she was so kind. She asked Jennifer for help because I had returns. Jennifer asked if I had a receipt and I said no and that I called that morning to verify it’s not needed. She then raised her voice at me and said “Nope. Not doing it.” And she laughed in my face. I got super upset because of how she was talking to me. And she told Sue to give me in store credit and don’t let me exchange them. And Jennifer said “the wallflower plug in we won’t be able to exchange because it’s old.” I asked what’s the warranty and she said “2 years.” I said perfect because I got it last summer. So it hasn’t been 2 years yet. She called me a liar and said no it’s more than 2 years old. Her calling me a liar made me super uncomfortable and frustrated. Then I said I will pull up the receipt on my bath and body app. She turned around and mumbled something and walked away. Sue then rang up my 4 wallflowers that I was returning (I got not even $10 back for all 4 of them). I was trying to pull up my order on the app but of course my phone wasn’t working because I didn’t have service in the store and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. So I allowed Sue to return my items. I returned 4 wallflowers and I got a $8 in store credit. This was by far my worst experience ever. At any store! Not just the policy and how Bath and body has changed, but how Jennifer talked to me, raised her voice at me, and called me a liar. In front of so many people. I easily spent over $500 a year here, and I will never be back. I was a loyal customer, worked here for 4 years through college too. The Terre Haute location. Bath & Body, you lost my business for good.

I love their products, but their customer service are bad, I ordered online to pick up to the store, the lady that gave me my order was so rude, she did not use her greetings.So bad, this company is great because their products, but they must consider find better people to work at this place.

It's bath and body works. They are always awesome. There is such a variety of scents, anyone can find something they like, and their wallflowers are great too! I just wish I could have all the wallflower plug ins as well. There is a ferris wheel one that lights up and it's needed.

It isn't really a big deal but I'm often there when a specific employee happens to be working and she's always rude to me. It's like she remembers me just to be rude lol, it's really weird and makes me not want to shop at this one. Even people I'm with will point this out. That's my only negative experience.
