Employees are hit or miss. Some are helpful, some are rude. Don’t have lots of parts in stock but can order most. Would rather just go down the road to oreilly. Parts in stock and can order them in same day.

I recently went into Autozone a bit frazzled by a small issue with my cars key fob. I got the pleasure of interacting with Steven S and he was an absolute pleasure. He was kind, funny, and helped me with my issues in a matter of minutes. I truly appreciate the customer service I received and will continue to visit this particular store. General Manager Nick was so helpful and kind! I was having issues with my battery and he kindly performed a battery test to figure out my battery was dead. Nick sold me a new battery and graciously installed it while my daughter and I stood by. Nick, thank you so much for being so helpful and kind! Everyone go see Nick at AutoZone in Avon!

I urgently needed a battery change and the dealership had a long wait so I was sent here. They lent me tools to use and I attempted the change myself but once I reached a point where I couldn't continue, they graciously stepped in and changed my battery. Great people and I recommend this location for any and all of your car needs!

Employees stand behind the pegboard wall and talk for several minutes before they come out and wait on you. The woman there was nice behind the wall and came out to the counter and got rude.
