“My step daughters car broke down in Cloverdale. We had it towed to the nearest mechanic. That was a Sunday. By Wednesday afternoon they finally had time to diagnose the issue. Not real excited about the additional delay for them to repair it, I had it towed (after hours) to Dodson Automotive in Avon. Jeff was able to get it in, up and fixed by Friday around noon. He kept in contact with me regarding the issue and what was needed. Even with extra labor and a few extra parts not quoted by the other mechanic, he was still able to come in for less than they quoted for just one of the issues. “Went in for a potential patch with a nail in my tire and was told I knew 4 new tires because it wasn’t repairable and my other tires had too bad of tread to replace just one. Nobody wants to hear you need a new set of tires when you’re expecting a patch. But the guys got it done, and even in under an hour when I said I was on a time crunch. I’m super thankful they prioritize my safety and were able to meet my needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“They check you in at the bay. There is no need to go inside and wait in a line for cashier. There is a bench to sit and wait, or you can go shop in store. You receive a text message from the Auto department when the service is completed. If they have a question or encounter a problem with your vehicle, you will be paged overhead. The receipt is detailed. I keep it my car's service log folder.”
