“we have not had an issue with our bank. I had a double transaction done before my eyes as I was online with my account. This happened in Pennsylvania and I called our bank here and had this pulled up. They stopped my card and I went in to fill out the paper work. This was just three days before Christmas and they wiped us out. I got my money back in less than a week, they saw my phone number as well as the transaction that had just been made, and there were no problem. Been with this bank for over 23 years now. They also caught fraud in advance before we even knew it and corrected it themselves. Thanks for being there for us.”
