They came and delivered the furniture when it was scheduled. Everything was assembled and put in place. All the trash was taken out. I was pleased with the whole procedure.

I found a mattress that is soft enough for me. Extra expensive but getting it on the lowest price then taxes made it not too far over it's original price so as expensive as it was that seemed like a reasonable deal

Ordered love seat and sofa. Was charged 250.00!for delivery and was pushed back several times from 11 am arrival until 6 pm. When arrived sofa was damaged sent back and never heared about a replacement until I emailed they said new couch delivery would be on Aug 14th. A few minutes later they rescheduled that day in us to Aug 20! Horrible service and had disrupted our appointments and missed a daughter's surprise bday party. Unbelievable. Naughty a lot in the last from Ashley but not again. Looking at other reviews made my decision as this is not a one off

The shopping experience was great, the delivery and setup ended up being a nightmare. The couch and bedroom suite was delivered on 7/23 and ended up not having the correct slats. Box stated full but slats were for queen bed. The driver had the correct size shipped but no hardware was sent. I had to call customer service and they ordered the hardware, this was now August 1st and bed is still not setup. I notified I had received the hardware and they told me they scheduled setup for 8/6. I call on 8/5 and was told it was never scheduled. The customer service person said she could schedule for 8/13. They only service my area on Tuesdays. Customer service was not helpful in the least and the service overall is TERRIBLE!! I would probably have been happy if they would have at least offered me some compensation for all the delays and inconvenience that they have caused. I also had to instruct them on how to put the feet of my couch on. They acted like they had never done them before. What a disappointment, I will not be recommending Ashley to my friends and family.
In response to Ashley, I have called and text both of the numbers you provided and they were of no help!! Ashley needs to contact me and make sure this gets resolved. They don’t seem to be able to expedite a service call to correct the problem. Customer care should be more flexible to insure customer issues that have gone on way to long are taken care of immediately!!

I hate being followed around the store and being asked a million questions when I just want to look.
I did find a couch I liked and the process of financing and ordering the couch was easy. Was also able to change my order later that day pain free when I texted Malik.

My experience with Ashley has been horrible, the 2 pieces of furniture I did receive of the large order in May have already broken and needed repair. Then their repair procedure is a nightmare and completely a burden for the customer who had nothing to do with their defective product! Then they supposedly opened service cases with a technician to repair the broken pieces 3 times, nothing happens, then I am expected to constantly call to see the status of my repair case only to find out they are canceled! I have been told that pieces of my order are in stock and then they are not delivered! I’m done with Ashley!

Went in the store location Avon on 36 and none of the store representatives greeted us and we felt ignored. Very rude and unprofessional.

The experience I received from Chris and Malik was beyond professional and helpful. They did not stop until I was comfortable with the choices I was picking and was knowledgeable about the product's benefits and possible problems. These two gentlemen also made sure I understood the financing process. Overall it was a great experience, one I would definitely do again.
