I had like going to this location but yesterday I went. The sign said open and no one came to open the door. I called twice and no answer. When I drove off you can see a Styrofoam cup was there meaning someone was there. Why have the open sign on?

Went here as a last minute stop, I live in Geist but stayed on the west side too long and needed my eyebrows threaded. RuPaul suggested eyelashes (which I seldom get) and eyebrow tinting as well. I loved the way I looked and so did everyone I came in contact with; I will definitely be making the drive now. RuPaul has an eye for Aesthetics and detail…thank you Arch, especially RuPaul!

I was afraid of getting my eyebrows threaded but they made me feel comfortable and it did not hurt. I also got a natural tint that turn out to be great! I now live in Ohio and every time I come home I travel here to get a touch up.

I will NEVER. And I repeat. NEVER. Go here again. I have gotten my brows done for over 15 years now, and on Thursday, I decided to come here (for the third time) because they're 5 min from my house. They've always been extremely rough with my face... So after the first time of getting my eyebrows threaded here... I asked to do waxing. (Because I had recently gotten my eyebrows waxed, for the first time, and they were super gentle! So I assumed it was a universal thing... to be gentle). But BOY was I wrong. The second time I was here, the lady had successfully talked me out of getting my eyebrows waxed, because she assured me that she would be extra gentle to my face. She did a decent job. I would go see her again, maybe. But THIS time, however, when I came in, the lady (in all grey) asked what service I would like, and when I said I would like my eyebrows waxed, she didn't say another word to me after motioning towards her chair... And the next thing I know... She completely TORE OFF the skin under my eyebrows. She was running her mouth the whole time, putting hot wax on my face and ripping it off without any noticeable care... It hurt so bad. But I didn't realize she was tearing off my skin until she put the alcohol on my face and it BURNEDDD!! It burned so bad tears swelled up in my eyes. But since I asked for waxing, I just assumed that maybe this was on me. Then she took to threading, because apparently she didn't wax my brows right all the way correctly, so she started threading my brows, and told me that she needed to fix a few areas... so what was I to do? Tell her no? So I had to sit there while she ALSO threaded me. Lmfao 10/10 worst experience ever! It wasn't till I woke up the next day... That I saw there were red gashes above my eyelids, (under my eyebrows,) where the bruises were healing, where she completely tore off my skin. And they hurt!!! Like touching them hurt!! (I'm talking at least 19hrs later!) I took pictures of them. So if anyone would like them. I can put my email (
[email protected]) and you can reach out to me. But I'm way too embarrassed to put them on this page publicly, because she really tore me up. Lastly they charge you extra to use card instead of cash and I think it's an easy way to intentionally upcharge EVERYONE who comes in... Because like, who brings cash? So 10/10 I would NEVER go here. (And since that's a double negative.) I would 0/10 go here. So if they muff you up, that's on you.

Very Rude they cut off my eye lashes and eye brow after i told them to stop they wouldn't and charged me double the amount but then at the end they gave me a lolipop

Will never come back. Very disappointed in how my eyebrows turned out. I went in for a wax and explained that I just wanted them cleaned up and shaped up. I explicitly stated not to shorten them. She did the exact opposite and shortened my eyebrows and didn't even clean up any stray hairs. I had to tweeze the stray hairs once I got home. But now I have to wait for the rest of my brows to grow in to get them back to my normal shape. It's frustrating when people that offer a service don't listen to your needs and preferences.

By far THE BEST EYEBROW THREADING I’VE EVER HAD (and I’ve been to a lot of different places in Indy). You will not be disappointed. The woman who did my brows was so sweet and my eyebrows were atrocious before. Can’t express how happy I am with my brows, will never go anywhere else from now on!!Service: Eyebrow threading
