I'm going to have to give 0 stars but you have to give some to have it rank, so I gave them 1. Worst attempted car buying experience I've ever had, I've spent weeks finalizing everything with them, we get there to sign and it's like a total bait and switch game with finance. Sales person seemed to really be trying and the finance team is a joke. They blatantly lied to me a few times. I'm still in shock and what a total joke this was, I mean if you don't want to sell a car just don't waste my time. This is coming from a person with excellent credit. I'm just literally disgusted by their attempt to lie to customers to line their pockets.

Andy Mohr Kia had the best price in the country by a few thousand dollars for the car I wanted to buy for my daughter. I made arrangements with Dylan Obrien over the phone and internet to buy the car sight unseen. Dylan picked me up at the airport in the car, and I was super excited about the entire process. Dylan picked me up on a Sunday night, and the dealership was closed. Dylan went the extra mile!

Absolutely terrible service department. I had a 11am appointment, my vehicle did not start to get serviced until after 12am. I was there for nearly two hours for an oil change. Why make an appointment if you're still going to have to wait? Makes no sense. Use the other kias in the area for service, stay away from any mohr.

Andy Mohr Kia was a great shopping experience. Josh DeOrto and Jeramie Nesmith were super helpful. They answered all of our questions and were transparent the whole way. Not pushy, super friendly. Would shop there again.

I recently visited Andy Mohr Kia located in Avon, IN to service my vehicle. I have first hand knowledge of the superior customer service at this location which is part of the reason I drive 40 miles to this location. As soon as I entered the service area I was greeted warmly by Paige, customer service technician. She listened intently as I explained concerns I had with my vehicle. Although I have been at this place numerous times to purchase vehicles Paige treated me as though this was my first time. She took extra time to show me the guest lounge and condiment area. She even texted me providing real time updates on my vehicle. This further confirms the culture at Andy Mohr Kia. Paige's superior customer service was over and above any expectation I could have imagined. Joe Kapitan, General Manager has done a phenomenal job instituting a culture that is evident from the time you literally get out of your vehicle until the time you leave. Paige, Joe, and the entire Kia Andy Mohr staff are to be congratulated for a wonderful customer service experience. If you ever want superior customer service Andy Mohr is the place to be.

I swear this was just a either a bad day for car shopping or this whole row of dealerships doesn't want our business. We had just visited Hare Honda & Ray Skillman Hyundai and left those places with a bad taste in our mouth.I parked in the front of the dealership building and there was a group of 4 sales people hanging out talking. They just looked at us, which made me feel uncomfortable, and didn't bother to come and ask us what we were looking for. So we wandered around the lot, which seemed to only have used cars and walked back to the front lot and still nobody came to talk to us. Granted, we could have gone up to them, but the way they were just looking made me feel uncomfortable. Is it me? It didn't help that we had terrible, creepy service at Hare and Ray's, but this dealership takes the cake.

I went in to get my car checked out since I felt as though there was something off. The person who helped me was very kind and patient. She guided me towards the waiting room while they checked out my car. The place was very clean and had drinks available, tv and magazines for entertainment, as well as wifi. While I waited, I also used the bathroom which was clean. Everyone there was nice and helpful as well.While they checked my car to see if it required a realignment, they saw that it wasn't needed. However, they did an inspection to see if they missed anything. I appreciated them asking me if I had time for an inspection and letting me know the exact time of how long it would take. Once they checked it out, they let me know via text and I was able to easily sign off and head home. I look forward to coming back for an oil change since everyone was kind and patient with me :)
