I give this business a 10/10. Will was super helpful and friendly! We called them around 8 pm and 30 mins later he was there to tow our car an hour and half away. We called other company’s with no luck but Avilla Motor Works Inc. was the only one to willing to help because of the long distance.

Above and beyond excellent!Kind, courteous and compassionate.From the first call for being stranded, (towing over the top awesome times 2), calls from repair technician, and the front desk when retrieving vehicle.Professional and personal.This business model has been lost somewhere in our society.We’ve learned to expect less, and stand in awe when we get more. (I’m standing in awe!) I’ve often said I would pay double for decent service. I didn’t even have to do that!Thank you!

For more than 20 years, if I've been on the side of the road, these guys have come to my rescue. This year, Will gave my wife & I something new to be thankful for on Thanksgiving by promptly coming to our aid regardless of the holiday...and bringing heaping shares of professionalism and compassion with him! If you're looking for someone to show up sometime tomorrow with a tow truck and make you feel like you're wasting their time, call someone else, because these guys are top notch!

The Gracious Lord sent Avilla Motorworks Towing to my aid last nite. Pouring rain windy and so cold it was awful. I had Chemo yesterday and was weak as a kitten. My car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection. A gentleman tried to help me to push my car out of the road. I had no strength to push the car. Cars and trucks were whizzing by quickly. These 2 wonderful angels from Avilla towing pulled up behind me. Picked up my car and took it to my home I was crying because they were so kind and generous. It humbled me to know these kind people even existed anymore. Lord please let others know from my humble heart to shower this fabulous business and family with all your good graces everyday. They helped a tired sick old woman with their most beautiful generosity. Avilla Motorworks and Towing! Please patronize this wonderful family and business! I hit a deer this morning, and Will from avilla motor works stop to see if I was okay, and he towed my car and me to kendalville, he did not leave me standing on the side of the road. I have had a tow company's do that to me before. Will waited till my son came and picked me and my car Up kendalville, he did not leave. Will was a gentleman and I appreciate him so much. Excellent service despite the circumstances. I did not get the woman's name on the office, but she was super friendly and empathetic. Upon getting my dad's truck, I noticed a flat tire and 2 low tires. Owen was nice enough to air up the tires for me. He was very friendly as well. We had a nice chat about his truck, dogs and living in this area. Although it hurts the pocket book to get a vehicle out, I must say that the process could not have been smoother. And the staff are outstanding. ?

Last week on the way home from dialysis. Noble Transit bus broke down. The driver called the office and the boss called you. Your driver helped the other lady and I to the other vehicle when they got there to take us home. I thought that was super sweet of him to do that. I don't remember his name but it was on Thursday. Also wonderful time on him getting there.

While Avilla is well known for helping the big rigs, I was a single lady with a broken down motorcycle. Not only did they respond right away they had the perfect equipment for a motorcycle to ensure safety. Jeff took me to the Harley Dealership of my choice, but stayed to ensure all was ok, and escorted me back to my hotel. In other words he cared about my "vehicle" but also about me.
