Time after Time after Time I have issues trying to get my meds filled...they literally called me 4 days ago and said the rest of my my prescription will be ready first thing this morning and I can pick it up. As they had a PA that was approved about 2 hours after they made me BUY some of my med so they have had it sitting there ready since then...but here I am FOUR DAYS LATER still unable to pick up!!!! They have a RULE they won't fill NARCOTICS until 10am...call at 1030 still nothing!!! They are extremely inconsiderate to the customers and they do everything they can to let you know what they think of people who take narcotics and it ain't good. Switching ASAP donnnne!

I online scheduled my refill when they opened at 8:30am called to see when my medicine could be refilled and the guy on the phone said 10:30am I said dang, ok. He replied with “well everytime we have too stop and answer the phone it takes us even longer to fill medicine” like shew! I wasn’t having a bad day but there’s no reason for you too talk to me like that! Have some manners

I switched to Walmart and my father in law is now switching to Walmart. Because Williams brothers won't fill his prescriptions. It's been going on for little over 3 months. He hasn't had his BLOOD PRESSURE medication for that long. Keeps saying he already got so they can't fill it when he didn't get it. He waits the amount of time they tell him then say he got get last month when he didn't he waited like they said too then would switch around saying they fill it but his insurance won't pay. Like which one is it. I hope my father don't have a heart attack no time soon.

They are busy all the time here. Theres usually a wait in drive through. But they are mostly friendly & quick at what they do.

All I can say is WOW!!! This place is AMAZING! I help care for my elderly neighbor who is on several medications. She was having trouble with her previous pharmacy, so we were advised to try Williams Brothers. I am so glad we did! Amber was a huge help to us, and even kept in contact with me via text messaging until we got everything transferred over. She made it quick and painless! I also love the fact that this pharmacy offers the pre filled pill packets! What a weight off of my shoulders. Every time I have spoken with someone there, and picked up prescriptions, EVERYONE is so friendly and knows their job very well. I cannot speak highly enough of this pharmacy and their staff. Thank you so very much!!

If Jeff is working I can get anything taken care of, I hear one thing on the phone and different when I get there, I usually just ask for jeff.. makes it simpler. The wait times have been getting extremely long as well.

Pharmacy has been lagging behind filling prescriptions and I’ve also been told they don’t fill narcotics until 11?! Never heard of that before. Also they always give me problems with insurance etc etc. other than that they’re great

I switched my prescriptions from CVS to Williams Bros. and I am very glad I did. Now I get my meds delivered right to my door. They are wonderful to work with!
