A scratch off ticket was purchased and it was $100.00 win. The clerk suggested I go down the street to another store to cash it in. they told me they didn’t have the cash to pay it out. On the counter they have a sign that reads they can’t make change for $5.00 and over. She tried telling me that was for the scratch off as well. I then asked for the manager and she was outside taking the trash out. I had to wait on her. When she returned she gave me the same song and dance. I then told her I was calling the police. She turned around and came back to the counter, started to open the safe and was telling me I’m going to lose my job over this. I don’t get paid enough to do this job. I only make enough to put food on the table. I don’t have money to buy tickets like you do. Excuse, that has nothing to do with your personal issues. I work for my money. How I spend it is my business. Pay me my damn money and don’t try making other stores pay out for tickets you sell. She tried snatching the ticket from me and I made her ask for it politely. She was rude and ignorant. I got my money. I also called the 800 number to circle K and wrote them an email.

Bathroom was closed due to store policy. Was on a long road trip and my daughter needed to use the bathroom but it was late and they shut it down due to policy. You are near a highway and I bought gas, but still had to go to another gas station further from highway. Do better @CircleK!

This circle k has horrible customer service! I got cussed out by a female employee last night over wanting cash back because they don’t want to help people anymore just want to send you to self check after you stand there at the counter waiting for 30 minutes to get someone to help you to tell you they can’t ring you up and give cash back!! Pure laziness!!! I will be calling corporate until they take care of this issue! Do better circle k especially for your customers and how about hiring employees that are worth a damn! Btw this female employee was out of control literally cussing me out the door because I called her out on the laziness! GET A GRIP!!

Driving from Chicago to Nashville & this was our halfway stop! incredible prices, and the location was staffed to help with long lines for the pumps. Barely waited & staff was friendly and helpful!

I've been trying to call this location for about a week now, I'm not close to this location, so I have a question, and the phone constantly is giving a busy signal. Frustrating. I'm just wanting to know if they sell Kerosene at the pump?

I will no longer go here Until they hire better people. The short chubby girl is beyond rude. They act like it’s such an inconvenience to help you. They want you to use self check out and leave them alone.

Have to scan 50+ year olds ID'S because they sell to minors. In the morning, nobody wants to check you out. You are expected to self check out. Employees are angry when you need support for cigarette purchases. I will never shop here again ?. I really looked for to what the new upgraded store offered.

This store puts up deals by the food and then charge full price when you're in the busy line trying to pay. Last time they steal my money.

Nice, Clean Store !! Great Management and staff. The new remodel puts the competition to shame !! They even sell Diesel fuel and 100% Pure Gas now. Very impressed !! 5 Stars all the way !!
