Pull your money out of this bank they are not very knowledgeable in digital banking at all and don’t care to resolve a dispute where money was actually taken out then they are very rude saying that the consumer is confused when it’s them who are confused as even PayPal says that the money was taken out and the bank will still try and convince you that it was not regardless of being told that it was by a different financial institution. Who now has reopened a case to get my money back that this bank believes that I already got back which in FACT I did not.

Recently moved back to the states after decades in Germany. Family recommended I open a bank account with them. The online banking is OK but the staff at the branch are always polite and helpful.I will approach them soon about a personal loan. See how that goes.

Horrible bank, took over UCB, and drove it into the ground. They charge 6 dollars to send your monthly statement.

I use the online app to deposit my check from work yesterday figuring that that would be a quicker solution as opposed to a waiting to till today. At least that's what I thought turns out here it is at 11:00 a.m. the next day and my check is still not been deposited into my account it says it has but the available funds are not there so I called the branch to find out what was going on and asked the woman if we could bring the paper check in and cancel the online transaction she said she couldn't I said I understood and then I started explaining my frustration as to depositing my check online and not being able to access my funds for 2 and 1/2 days later and all she kept repeating was we can't do that we can't do that we can't do that I think she might need some customer service training I'll be writing your corporate office as well I hope this is corrected very soon it is 10:52 a.m. September 16th and I spoke to someone (female) in the Aurora branch at approximately 10:50 a.m. she was completely rude and evidently has had zero interaction with the public nor basic people skills training or otherwise. Completely disappointed and me, my wife, my mother in law, sister and brother in law will be closing all of our checking, savings, as well as business accounts as soon as our accountant can get everything in order to do so in a single visit. Thank you for your time and I hope she gets the training she needs

Would not recommend this bank to anyone! I called today trying to figure out why my card keeps getting declined and the lady was being totally rude and told me that my card hasn’t got declined at all! I was just trying to figure out the problem not being rude at all. The way she was talking to me was uncalled for.
