Amber Volz is always great! She cuts my hair how ai want it and always make sure it is what I want before I leave her chair, and if I want more cut in one area she is always willing to do it with no quams about it!
Stylist: Amber Volz is awesome and does such a great job on my hair and listens to me when I yell her I want more taken off from certain places in my hair and she is efficient and takes her time also andnthat is whybi only go to her!

Omg this girl Kelly killed it today she was polite ,understanding, respectful, and knew just WHAT I wanted .. I requested the damaged ends of my hair be removed as I had been using my straightener too much and it was now frizzed at the ends. I paid a total of $80 for the wash, trim, blow dry, and hair treatment. It appeared okay when she finished but as soon as I washed my hair the next day and it dried, I was able to see clearly that she missed ALOT of the damaged ends. They’re everywhere. I wonder if I could go back and they would fix it?

4th terrible experience I've had. I'm done giving chances. I feel bad because the younger girl with dark hair is amazing and always helpful but the old lady with stringy long hair is always the problem.
