Very pleased with the service and product this company offers from the sales people to the delivery people. I still have a washer and dryer that I purchased from them 6 years ago. I will definitely stay a return customer. My latest purchase is a Troy lawn mower. Love the name brand items they offer.

Very easy place to deal with . Went in told lady sorry forgot her name . I wanted a tv she said what size would you like . told her showed it to me I said yes she said it will be delivered Friday and that was it !!? Super nice !! Thank you

So far so good!I just rented a frig. I haven’t gotten it delivered yet. It is scheduled for tomorrow. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but the lady helping me at the desk a couple days ago was THE sweetest and nicest you could ask for.She was very knowledgeable and helpful when picking it out. Answered all the questions I had. I hated to have to rent an appliance rather than buy one but she made the process easy and as pleasant as it could be. I appreciate her very much.I have already referred friends and family to go to American Rental if they are in immediate need for furniture or appliances.I will update after I have the frig for awhile….

John, Ronnie, and Roger. You three are the greatest of friends and best team I got to work with when I was with American Rental. I chose the 5 Star because your guy’s service is absolutely fantastic! They all have great eye contact and communication. They also explain the product’s functions very well!
