I consigned my dress. When the dress sold, I didn’t receive my money. She wouldn’t respond to my text. She finally responded when I brought up the agreement we made. I did get my money but it took a very long time.

This place is a joke. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I took in a mother of the bride dress. It was there for quite a while, but owner kept renewing me. This past December I decided to pick it up Denise gave me the wrong dress. Couldn’t come up with mine. I took it as I wanted either money or a dress. I waited a few months and decided to try and get my original dress back. Got the complete run around from her. Wouldn’t answer calls or texts. I think she sold it and either sent money to someone else or kept it. She is unprofessional and unorganized. I understand why she’s not a member of the BBB. Avoid this business at all costs!

i would give this place no stars if i could!! The owner is completely unorganized and very unprofessional. She tried to jack the price up on by dress by $70. she had no clue where things were and was very very unprofessional. She said my dress was $110 but then changed it at the last second and I waited for her to go get it since she gave excuses why she couldn’t, like she doesn’t like driving in the rain. Please save your time, money and stress and go ANYWHERE else!!! Denise has no communication skills whatsoever. This is hands down the worst dress store I have ever stepped foot in.

I'll start off by saying that I was extremely apprehensive to visit this business based on the reviews...however my experience was just fine. My dress got altered, and even tho they forgot to add the bustle, it was acceptable and fit perfect. Denise was lovely to work and communicate with. Fair pricing and good stitching. Thank you!!

This place is completly unprofessional and a joke. I put on consignnment a very expensive dress and cloak and they sold the cloak without my knowledge and or telling me they sold it. months later when I asked for my items back I got a huge attitude from Denise and she stormed into my house without even knocking or announcing herself. Who does that? Denise had ignored all attempts to contact her until recently when I had to contact several places and attempts for her to pay me only $25 which isn't even close to the price we initially agreed on. she said after 120 days they clearance items and was never told that upfront or notified about it going on clearence even wasn't notified when they sold it. if i hadn't asked for it back I wouldn't have known. She (Denise) acted in as such an unprofessional lady and as a previous business owner of a 5 star Salon this is my my opinion. I do not know what purchasing a dress or an item can be like at say yes to the dress in Auburn but I advise not do give them anything of yours unless you simply want to give it away for free or next to nothing. I have been treated so terrible by this woman Denise between being ignnored most of the time now I'm being harassed and all I wanted was my things back. Hope this helps save someone the hassle I've gone through.

This lady is a joke. Refuses to accept responsibility and follow her own policy. Made hundreds of dollars of alterations we requested not be done and refused to release the dress until we paid them although we already paid in full for the dress itself
