This company took over the company got a unit with. And tbh it has been horrible. The customer service is not good. They “cant” change my due date. And they have done nothing but raise the rate without notice over the last 1.5 years. Disgusting greedy company who is just looking to buy out storage company’s to capitalize on bending their customers over the counter

I wish I could give you a 5 star, but the only problem I have is the monthly amount I pay.. for such a small space. I am on a very tight fixed income.... I have never worried about my storage unit or my things inside... You have taken great care of the area which the all the units placed... so I do thank you for taking great care of all the units and the security there..A. Parrish

Paid the bill and couldn't get my stuff out. Spent about close to 100 dollars in gas going to their fort Wayne location and no one there 2 times and then had to wait several days to get in to get our stuff out wasted more gas and time we didn't have .

Had to change my review because for the second time in the last three months I have been locked out of my units and it has cost me money on sales through my business. This will be my last month as a tenant I am vacating both of my units I have already secured new storage I am over this company and their shoddy service. Why have numbers posted at the facility that don't even ring into anybody it's nothing but a busy signal how are you supposed to get help. The people that seem to Rob these units have no problem getting in why do people that pay to have units here have such issues getting in. Just cost me a $95 sale plus I had to pay the people $30 for traveling to come and pick up the items they were supposed to purchase off of me then unfortunately I cannot get into it because my access code does not work yet again. Yes I see a small claims lawsuit in the near future

I had this rental for my boat for about 6 months every time I went there to access my boat the gate code had changed and I had a 10 min phone call to get a one time gage code just to call again next time. Most the time I couldn’t even get through to an agent to get the code or had to wait 30 min plus, definitely ruined many lake days.

I got a unit the 28th of last month. I get a call on the 4th about a late fee. Should of been explained by the rude lady on the 1800number better.Long story short I payed the first month on the 28th (full price for 3days) and they called me about a late fee next month. The 1st they needed payment again, since I wasn't aware on how it worked that 2nd month cost me $77. It's not alot but there is no office therefore the representative on the phone needs to be better at explaining.

For the price, they’re comparable to other places in the area. These are fenced in units with paved diving areas and a key code access. There’s a computer kiosk for renting/payment last time I used it but everything can be done online or by phone.

Can't get ahold of anyone to cancel my storage unit. Can't get in contact with any sort of customer service agent. I've tried every phone number available, every email available. It's been 4 days since I first attempted contact and no response.

Literally can’t get ahold of anyone they have 3 different phone numbers and none of them go to a person… I was automated payments and when they transition to SROA my payment never went thru so for months I haven’t been able to access my stuff.. and they won’t accept my payments online.

I am decuscused with this place from being an wile I am still there probably till the end.the key OS OS mechanic is hard to use the whole time I've been there I haven't been able to access my thangs it's all way something gate maile function took my an than didn't give me a unit had to call .couldn't figure out I over paid an was entitled to some bak or something. Gate wouldn't take gate cases code like I said decusied iv asked for a refund but I can't even an haven't been able to get in to get to ig
