I had not been into Salvation Army in a couple years. I was finally able to stop again recently. I personally am not impressed. Beware pricing at this store. Deals depend on what you are looking for. There were so many Dollar Tree items that were marked anywhere from $1.99 to $4.99. I only saw one Dollar Tree item at the $2 price. That store is two doors down. I just walk down and buy the stuff for $1.25. However the pricing process works at this store, they are definitely way overcharging. I did find some Tupperware worth buying. I bought a couple other items that were new and a normal price at the stores they really come from but not any deal. The cashier was nice but she did overcharge me for one item. It was only $.10. I chose to let it go and did not go back. I am not impressed and left wondering what happened to the days when Salvation Army had more garage sale prices. I also left wondering how they can justify charging $4.99 for items sold at Dollar Tree stores. I only looked at one t-shirt which was $3.99. I did not buy the t-shirt. I am not sure on how good or bad pricing is for most of the clothes. With some of the outrageous pricing I saw on some items, I left feeling like they weren't there to help my wallet but more there to sock it to my wallet. Hopefully that makes sense.

way over priced for a thrift store, i thought they were supposed to be helping people who are struggling to afford new? i mean, i can ger brand new things at walmart for cheaper. i like that they have shelters and money goes towards them, but they also have money donated to them and i know during Christmas, i volunteered to be a bell ringer, and within 3 hours must have got well over $500. stuff is donated to them, given to them for free, so lower prices and be realistic and reasonable. yes prices are going up but they dont buy anything. fitting rooms are so small u can barely moved, and theres holes all in the wall, im taking it thats where u should hang the clothes u wanna try on since theres nowhere else....

One of the best ran Salvation Armies in Indiana. The Manager Matt is awesome and excellent customer service. Other Salvation Armies should run their store like this one. Prices are fair and excellent customer service that's why I shop there.

The store was a mess and the smoking room for the employees was in the back room. The cigarette smell filtered throughout the store. The pricing was high as well. No rush to go back.

I would gladly pay a little more to the problem is it's not a little they have extremely hi prices that are rediculous like anywhere from 75.00 to over 1 and 2 hundred dollars for a used sofa is absurd

Older lady was very very rude! As were all the staff that I came in contact with. Also they turned the lights off 15 minutes before they closed as if noone was even in there, very strange behavior for a retail store, so I made my way to the check out just to find out they would not accept 50 or 100 dollar bills! Which is ILLEGAL!!! I could see if you were buying something for 25¢ my total was over $25. Extremely bad business! Shame on you salvation army

The older lady that works the front desk is rude and very unprofessional. The two times I’ve been in there she hasn’t been very friendly nor helpful. I tried purchasing wicker plates that didn’t have a tag on them and she denied me the purchase without explaining why. Extremely rude and unprofessional about the manner and lack of customer service. Complaining about customers and the carts right in front of customers shopping. I will not be returning to that location to spend my money.
