The way their condescending clerk treated my wife was unacceptable!!! When my wife asked for a pen to fill out a lottery form the clerk didn't simply hand one to her, she stabbed her in the palm of her hand with it!!! If she had drawn blood from my wife you would know all about this already? You see there would have been a Police Report filed!!!!!
Needless to say we didn't spend anything in this store. My wife and I simply looked at each other and left the store. That was over 4 years ago. I have only been back to their store only to file a complaint.
We will NEVER spend anything with Gay's!!!!!!! Too bad too, they had a pretty good inventory for Single Malts and Cognacs.

This used to be the store I frequented. The ladies that work there are nice. But the last time I went in there there was an older gentleman who was just plain rude, the guy didn't know his job and acted like it was my fault. Why bother with this rudeness and the hassle when you can go 3 minutes down the street to House of Spirits? That was all it took to lose me as a customer.
