Took almost 2 and half hours to fill my prescription. Ive used this CVS four times now and every time I have to wait a lot longer then I was told I would have to wait, super inconvenient service. Especially when its pain management prescription like this time, this will most likely be the last time I use them unfortunately.

Literally the only car in the drive thru sitting at the window and instead of giving me my prescription they put a sign in the window and went to lunch. Glad I gotta drive 10 miles back into town, not like gas is $4 a gallon or nothin… CVS SUCKS!!!

Not only do they never answer the phone, they constantly get my meds wrong and are late to giving them to me... I honestly hate this place with a burning passion.

Rude employees. Don't follow through on commited refill times. Waited as long as 45 mins on hold. Very slow.

Very POOR customer service !Pharmacy Drive thru was not open during freezing cold weather. Sign on window said for service please come in. This was on a Sunday and they were not busy nor was this during their designated lunch time.

I don't recommend CVS in auburn. I went to go give my son his medicine and the protection deal was broken. and we didn't even get the eye drops that were prescribed for him.

Tonight was a great and speedy experience at the Auburn CVS. I find every single time I enter I am asked if I’m finding what I’m looking for and the staff are very helpful and friendly. What I also appreciate is the variety of unscented or “safe” cleaning products for my sensitive skin. They carry the unscented store brand laundry soap that I.don’t find at other cvs’s nor the quality of product elsewhere either. I am very grateful for this store keeping it in stock and when I can’t find it on the shelf, they are eager to check the back stock and bring it out with a smile. I leave this store each time feeling helped, cared for, seen and important. The staff are always with joy and serving. That can be rare. I appreciate the cleanliness of this store as well and ease to find things.

Horrible pharmacy! Took over two hours to answer there phone. When they finally did they told us first thing in the morning your meds would be ready to pick up. So we show up at 945 in the morning..and they still are not ready. They not even pills they need to count out, it's diabetic sensors they just fill..don't use CVS in Auburn.

They are clueless!!! I only use them when I have to because of my insurance. I called to talk to someone and an automated system said they were closed until 2 for lunch!!?? What pharmacy completely closes for lunch. Especially a big chain pharmacy like CVS!!!! Their total review is a 2 star!!! That’s terrible.. Get it together CVS!!!? it seems like it’s always something when I come here.
