CVS in Auburn is a good, clean, and well-stocked store where customers have great and speedy experiences. The staff and pharmacists are consistently described as very friendly, helpful, and eager to serve, often going above and beyond for customer service. They are happy to check the back room for items, including a valued variety of unscented or safe cleaning products that are not always found elsewhere. The pharmacy provides smooth and impressive service, making it the go-to pharmacy for many in the area. Customers leave feeling helped, cared for, seen, and important. It is noted that the staff can be very understaffed, requiring patience, but they work hard to keep the store in good shape. Took almost 2 and half hours to fill my prescription. Ive used this CVS four times now and every time I have to wait a lot longer then I was told I would have to wait, super inconvenient service. Especially when its pain management prescription like this time, this will most likely be the last time I use them unfortunately.

Literally the only car in the drive thru sitting at the window and instead of giving me my prescription they put a sign in the window and went to lunch. Glad I gotta drive 10 miles back into town, not like gas is $4 a gallon or nothin… CVS SUCKS!!!

Not only do they never answer the phone, they constantly get my meds wrong and are late to giving them to me... I honestly hate this place with a burning passion.
