Horrible pharmacy! Took over two hours to answer there phone. When they finally did they told us first thing in the morning your meds would be ready to pick up. So we show up at 945 in the morning..and they still are not ready. They not even pills they need to count out, it's diabetic sensors they just fill..don't use CVS in Auburn.

We all know there have been issues when going to the pharmacy, long lines, long wait time, not answering the phone but today I just want to give a shout out to the pharmacist Ashley… I have noticed that when she is on shift the flow is much faster and more organized and she is so pleasant and professional and even though the phone being answered is still an issue when she is on shift it does get answered much quicker and you DO NOT get out on hold for 20 minutes…. I just wanted to let her know and I’m hoping this gets back to her how much she is appreciated when she works! Everyone has their own stories going on and when you’re trying to pick up your medication after a long day( 12-14 hours ) or you’re overly stressed d/t loved ones being in the hospital or whatever you personally have going on the last thing you want to deal with is long wait times picking up meds or no one answering the phone when you’re trying to call about your meds or being put on hold for 20 minutes or dealing with rude pharmacy staff. I give Ashley an A++++ for efficiency, personalism, professionalism and running the stage.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the world. Zero sense of urgency. Have a 2 year old with pneumonia and had to go back 3 times to get his script filled. They kept saying they expedited it to the pharmacist and every time it wasn't filled. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. People want to say it's low staff but there was 6 people behind the counter and 4 staff in the aisles talking about their lives. This cvs should just be shut down absolutely terrible.

CVS is our go to pharmacy over any other in Auburn. The pharmacist and staff are very friendly. The staff is very understaffed right now. Patience is virtue.

The Auburn In store has a new pharmacist. Since then, I’ve had 3 meds sent home that have been incorrect. One of these meds could have killed me. I called Chad... the senior manager of our district and he basically said he didn’t care and that mistakes happen. He said finding good help is hard. So please watch what you get from this pharmacy because they are not watching! The pharmacist who retired was a goofy old man, but he did his job. This girl does not! Also if you use the drive thru you may wait forever. She believes that those who drive thru are lazy. (I guess sleeping kids should be awakened and sick kids should be taken inside to infect others). However, I’ve heard her tell others to forget the drive thru and help those inside and let the lazy ppl at the drive thru wait. If anything goes wrong and you ask the pharmacist about it she blames her staff and calls them incompetent. I’ve been a customer there for many years. I used to dislike going just because of the cost. Now the cost means nothing because I have to worry if I’m going to get the wrong medication(s) and die. Now last but not least, after getting incorrect medications- even if they are still stapled shut in the original bag... you cannot get your money back. So not only can the pharmacist give you medication that she was informed less than an hour prior needs to be removed from the computer ( and the pharmacist said she personally did so while speaking to you) but you have no way of getting your money back. I have to use this pharmacy due to an agreement with my insurance/dr. So I’m stuck. If you are not- run! If you are— check everything b4 you pay and b4 you leave. My advice may save your life or the life of someone you love. If you call CVS to inform them of an issue... go above “Chads” Head ( I believe he’s the regional manager) because as I said he’s proof it’s hard for CVS to find good help.

Very friendly employees, but always screwing up my meds, nvr get the right amount of pills and causing me to go without meds for a wk or 2. When you have Fibromyalgia and Heart pills, u just have to have them, out come isn't ever good. But love their milk prices.

Great service and great deals. Love the prices and extra buck rewards. Milk prices are the bomb, you can't find it cheaper than CVS on a daily basis.
