I went to Brian’s Auto for an oil change and was able to get in and out quickly. While the mechanic was doing the oil change he noticed something that needed to be addressed and was able to fix that as well. Great service and very efficient! I have had nothing but great service from this place! They are nice and knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you Robert for being informative and kind! ??

Awesome service. Pointed out other areas that needed attention BUT did not try to coerce us to doing it right then and there. They were very informative and the cost was far better than taking to a dealership.

Very appreciative of Brian's getting an employees car in on the same day they called. They had a wheel bearing that was going bad and we needed to get the car repaired before leaving on an upcoming trip. When they explained the reason for the rush, they told my employee to bring it in and they would look it over and try to get it back to them before our trip. They called my employee within a hour after dropping it off with the price quote and exactly what was wrong. We gave the go ahead for them to make the repair and oil change. Within about 3 hours after the car was dropped off, they called and stated that it was ready for my employee to pick up. As a former mechanic myself, I am extremely pleased with the turnaround time and willingness and understanding to make the repairs needed. Thank you Brian's Automotive, I will definitely recommend to anyone in DeKalb county to take their service to your establishment.

Service manager was very knowledgeable concerning recommended service intervals on vehicle. Diagnosed the problem and recommended corrective actions without trying to up-sell other repairs. Quick service, friendly staff.

VERY disappointed in the work. Took it in for a knocking under the hood. After $500 for a PCV valve and cover replacement, it is still making the same exact noise! I don't think they even drove it. I called on my way home to tell them nothing was different and he had a very condescending attitude trying to tell me it could be the tires or an air filter whistling, even though the noise just started 2 weeks ago. NEVER going back there and forking out $165/hour in labor!
Edit notes: took the vehicle to a dealership (which, by the way, only charges $135/hr) the next day and they drove it right away. They thought it sounded like a loose rocker arm. Once in the garage, they found it was only a loose spark plug, fixed it immediately, and the noise has stopped. Too bad Brian's wouldn't even take it out for a drive.
