I was at the bp in auburn indiana i went inside and got a pop then went to the counter to check out..i noticed the cashier was outside smoking a cigarette right at the front door,she turned and looked me straight in the eye then turned back around making me wait almost 10 minutes while she finished her cigarette then came inside...why was she smoking at a gas station first of all not to mention 1 foot from the front door leaving the store unattended making me wait 10 minutes so she could gossip with her friend standing outside with her smoking as well....that is poor poor customer service. ..i will not return to that location again. .to bad to because i work right down the street. ..the cashier was a tall heavy set red haed....very disrespectful

Since they changed mangers this place has gone down hill I was in today around 9 something manger on phone never smilied or greated me or other customer in store she just kept talking on phone I got a soda and a couple straws since I'm sick and was going to share soda with my sister manger gotta real shity with me remind you she's still on phone talking about what time she gets off work ect she says how many starws you need I explained I was sharing soda with my sister she got nasty look on her face and told me she was going to charge me for the extra strAws I got come in never had anyone do this I've done her job I would never treat a person the way she treated me I will not ever go back also she never had name tag on i do. It recomed going there as long as she is there Went in today 4/19/2016
