$333 dollars for an oil change and a look over of the car when the coupons you send out are not able to be used is ridiculous. I will no longer be paying for servicing there.
Turn around a year later and they snub me again for parts I didn't ask to recieve, only wanted what the warranty would cover. When my wife told them that, they said "well its already on there". Thats appalling customer service. Will be dealing with Kelly for the remainder of my warranty.

I don’t know how my details disappeared off of here, but I was not happy with the service after I bought the truck. Brand new truck had problems and I took it to GM dealers and they claim they couldn’t find it. Then the one to test drove it from there then Davis beat on it because I got a notification. I called Ben Davis right away and told him to get him out of my truck. I don’t know why my details disappeared for years ago when I bought the truck.

Worst place ever to get a used vehicle vehicles are junk. They sell them as is knowing that there is major problems with the vehicle get you in a loan that is five times the value of the vehicle itself to get you trapped they will not work with you on resolving any issues All they do is destroy peoples credit and sell junk vehicles that they know our junk. Worst place to get a vehicle.

I went to the dealership to purchase a newer car. I love the car, but from the start, it had problems with an axle and the door not locking. The following weeks were a mix of driving back and forth to get one thing fixed to another thing going wrong. The manager there, however, was very courteous, listened to my complaints, and even waved one of the fees for fixing one of the problems.

I bought my Buick 2013 from this ..what a mistake. My back lock ..my entry in to my back hatch is broken. I called to see how it could be fixed. The service guY told me it would cost $124.00 TO EXAMINE THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY WIYD FO FRON THERE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?YIU KAKK SXJ
