“I got new tires and an alignment done to my car at a different shop, and when I got it back from them was severely disappointed in the amount of new problems I had all related to the work done (problems of which they refused to take accountability for). I got referred to Get Bent through my grandparents, and he got me in next day. By 11:00 my car was totally taken care of, the issues were addressed and we were running smoothly down the road. He didn’t do more work than required and was open and honest the entire time. Also, he let me take the car out before paying to make sure it was running the way I wanted. I love that they still allow people to test drive alone, which only increased my love of the car and being able to focus on learning things about it and take my time. “Very happy with my purchase! Leon was my sales guy, he was very personable and recommended me other options considering my first choice got sold already. Was treated like a long time friend throughout the process and also accommodating with my preferred form of contact being text considering my work schedule. He even managed to get me a ride so I could make the purchase of the vehicle! Car is used but basically brand new with low mileage. I never really write reviews but my guy Leon was deserving of it. “The Jiffy Lube team in Auburn IN is unmatched in skill and professionalism. The GM is always super polite and informative without being pushy. They all communicate constantly and effectively, I hear them asking questions and getting quick, effective responses from one another. I live in Angola and I still drive to Auburn for my oil changes. There aren’t many businesses of any kind anymore that have that level of customer service, and because of that, I will keep driving to the Auburn Jiffy Lube for my vehicle oil changes and standard maintenance. “Hands down, a solid 10 out of 5 stars. Let's be honest. I'm a single mom, clueless about cars. Numerous times, I've been screwed over bc of it. I needed an alignment so I hit up google. After reading reviews, I thought it was worth a try. Let's just say they've earned my permanent business. They were personable, and patiently answered my 20 million crazy questions trying to help me understand, even to a clueless woman. I asked their opinion on any work needing down. They could have easily lied as so many other places have. He was 100% honest. I am so grateful for this shop and it's employees. To make things even better, they're cheaper than anywhere else I called. All around they are amazing! “I and my family have been using Jeff's for sometime and had pleasant interactions. Friendly, and professional service everytime. I always get a call before work is done, I appreciate upfront priceing. I find the pricing for mechanical services compareable to other businesses in town. I don't expect discounts, I know when I need service, I have to pay for it. Most the reviews that are less than polite, are from impounds. Oooo I admit I would be upset too if my car was impounded. "Front desk lady" gets a bad rep she is in the middle a lot. You all need to show her some kindness. Let's be honest if you bring the bad energy, she can and will match it, like any human would. I don't blame her! She should take your energy and wrap it with a bow and charge by the hour for argueing with you! I love chatting to Front Desk Lady and the guys - good people! OH, and where else do you get to have Free dog pets? I know Cat Cafe' you pay $10.00 and hour! Now there is something that is a scam at the shelters you can pet cats all day free, and bring your own coffee. JEFF if there is a guy name Jeff....GOOD JOB!”
