Alyssa Witt should not be employed at any pharmacy. Used my digital card on my phone she took it for 10 mins and had me unlock it 5 different times. I asked can she not write the numbers down and her reply was do you have a problem with me having your phone? She then magically could run my insurance which is the number 1 insurance in the country. 45 mins of hell and I only received 2 of my 3 prescriptions. Corporate needs to get involved.

Worst place to get prescription at, no matter when you get there ALWAYS told atleast 20 minutes before ready. The staff is all just standing around so you just have to wait for anything

It is always something when it comes to trying to get any RX from them. I had an antibiotic sent to this pharmacy only because the local pharmacy was closed due to the holiday. I knew they closed at 6 so I went at 5:30 only to be told to come back right before 6 because they were still working on it. I go back at 5:50 and tried to use my GoodRX to get a discount and they told me they didn't have time to re bill it because of them closing at 6 and that if I wanted to use the goodrx I would have to come back the next day. It's not that they couldn't it's because they didn't want to take the time to do it because it was closing time.

Beyond terrible service. They kept telling me there was issues with my insurance, which there isn't because I've call the insurance company multiple times, and they said have the pharmacist call. They wouldn't call saying it wasn't their job to do so. So I had to pay cash price for my prescriptions 3 different times. I switched to another local pharmacy, it took them 2min to resolve the issue and that pharmacist said its a common issue, and have had no issues since. I will never fill prescriptions here again

Pharmacy said prescription would be ready at 9am following day. Got there at 1:30 pm and said not sure what happened. Always a problem at cvs.

Today, while trying to get my Covid booster vaccine, I was told since I didn’t have my original Covid vaccination card with me, that I wasn’t eligibility to be given the booster vaccine. No attempt or effort was made to look up my prior vaccination history (from earlier in this year) in the registry system. I had a picture on my cell phone, showing both vaccinations, but again was told that wasn’t acceptable. My mistake for going back to this pharmacy again!!I stopped using this pharmacy years ago because of continued dispensing of 30 day scripts, even though 90 day scripts had been written by the Dr and requested by me. This pharmacy is inconsiderate of customers time and insurance copays.There’s a small / local pharmacy that’s less than 2 blocks away; I’ve always had great customer service there. I will always use their service in the future, and regret not using them this time.

Wife was released from hospital after 2 weeks, drove two hours to home town to pick up her prescription,but they closed early. So the nightmare began of getting her medication transferred to different pharmacy. Truly think about hiring a lawyer on this one. Beside the fact when they are open they can't do their job effectively anyways.

Rude customer service. App says prescriptions are ready but you go to get them and they don’t have them ready. This happens ALOT not just today. Have been before to get prescriptions that are prepaid but then they ask you to pay for them again. There are a few nice workers in the pharmacy but most are rude. I believe I will be switching all our prescriptions to somewhere else.

Pharmacy Department is rude, rude, and rude. I've never been treated so rudely as I was there. I was picking up medicine for one of my elderly friends, and it already had been verified and paid for, and the pharmacist couldn't find it on the computer so she wasn't going to do anymore about it until I just insisted. Basically she didn't want to do anymore than she had to, and that's ashame for the senior citizen that needed her medicine. Thank the Lord for my insistence. If it wasn't for the fact it's close by, and that's the only reason, I would suggest changing locations. Again very rude and lazy service at the Attica CVS Pharmacy Department.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to twice now they didn't have medicine it's good thing my prescription wasn't a heart medicine I fill sorry for the older people who actually need it I'll will find a new pharmacy

Terrible service from pharmacy staff. Would not call to transfer prescription. This was final straw for me because I’ve had issues here for a while now.

Horrible service went in for my babies prescription for an infectious rash 3 days ago and still do not have it. Called and they sent me back and forth to contact my doctors office for approval on the medication even though it was their job to do so. I tried explaining this to them and they interrupted me mid sentence to tell me it's not their job (I wasnt even rude, just explained what was happening and they got rude with me). Do not get your medicine here. My babies rash is even worse over people not doing their job.

I've given the pharmacy several chances to keep my business. Today was the final draw. I was basically ignored at the register. Someone came to the drive up and was waited on before me. After waiting patiently, I finally said something and the pharmacist was very rude. I will be doing my business elsewhere.finally pharmacist was rude
