Ordered a bow, but the string was missing from the package. Called up customer service, and Luke took care of the issue, no questions asked. It was a bit disappointing, but it was made right. Will definitely be ordering again.

Always a great experience as a customer. They're very competent and skilled to help with questions over the phone. I haven't been in their actual store, as I live in Missouri. However, if I was ever in that area, I'd love to drop in the store to see how it is.

After about 12 years of not having a bow, I decided to buy archery equipment, take some lessons, and join the local archery club. The first step was finding an archery equipment resource online. 3Rivers Archery came highly recommended by a staff member at a local sporting goods store. Over the course of several days of research and talking with 3Rivers staff, I ordered a Fleet Hunter ILF Recurve Riser, DAS Bamboo Core Recurve Limbs, a start up kit, shooting tab, bow string and a case. After a couple of lessons, I'm shooting better than I did many years ago. I am grateful to the staff of 3Rivers for their patience and excellent recommendations. I highly recommend 3Rivers to anyone who is interested in archery and needing equipment and advice. I am so pleased with my purchases and plan to continue to be a customer of 3Rivers Archery.

I'm in Phoenix, AZ and order a lot from 3Rivers. I highly recommend them. Justin helped me with an issue on one the bows I purchased nearly a year ago. He's very informative and helpful. My particular issue was a half/half my error, product error. He took the time to send me updates via email and phone calls as we figured it all out. Very high quality company in my opinion. Mixed feelings about this business. On one hand, they have a wide variety of traditional archery options. Their setup service is great, and my experience with their shipping to Missouri was good. The array of educational YouTube videos is awesome too. Not a complaint to be had until my bow arrived. I feel very mislead about the origin of their bows. If you go to the traditional only section of their site, you will find this quip at the top of the page: "Traditional Only isn’t just a brand. It’s a way of life! With our line of carbon arrow shafts, apparel, accessories, and other gear, Traditional Only is sure to be a big part of your traditional archery set-up. Traditional Only is a name you can count on for American made quality."My Traditional Only Cairn is made in China. The limbs, riser, and string are all Chinese. In the future, I will be wary of purchasing any more products from 3 Rivers, as I do not know what I'm buying. Trust issues to the max. I'll have to keep my purchases local and in person from here on out. If you don't mind Chinese products, knock yourself out.Fool me once shame on you. My next bow will be a Bear.

Good quality products, prices are okay but higher than other archery websites such as Lancaster. My biggest gripe is the shipping, it takes absolutely forever to get my packages from them and beings I’m in Tennessee and the company is located in Indiana, it shouldn’t take that long.
