“I normally go to a different location but I stopped in here for a quick oil change. The one I normally go to just changes the oil and that’s it. This one checked my tires, filled them, checked all lights and washed my windows.
The manager even came out and asked if everything was going okay and if I needed a drink.
Will definitely be making this my new location!”
“A couple of years ago after going to one of their locations, I promised myself not to ever return. I needed an oil change and my regular place didn't even make eye contact with me when I got there. I came to this location and I met Mr. Logan Allender as my service technician. Later I found out he is the manager. A true example of professionalism, dignity, and customer service to the highest. He and his amazing team changed me. I will be back. Valvoline should have him as an instructor to all their team members. I would have never imagined to face this type of gold star service. “No matter when I go, time of day of the week, or how many cars they have in/around the bays, they always say it's a 3hour wait. I just say ok and they get me in within 20-30 min. max. Other than that they've been great. Well Anderson IN customer service is awful I'll never go back there. All the others I've been to they are great!”
