I bought 2 cars there with cash same day Jamie told me that all the vehicles they sell are sound on engine and transmission but may have a little cosmetic things wrong and that if anything major would show up shortly after we purchased they would repair at parts cost only...me and my neighbor trusted her word and tolk the cars home less then 10 days after the purchase we started seeing signs of a bad head gasket on the one so I contacted her they wanted 163.12 more then our local professional to fix the head gasket because she wanted to still charge labor to fix it.....also I asked if the title has actual mileage not exempt and she said yes when I got title it said exempt mile.... now we are having to hire a lawyer to get title things figure out......

If I could give 0 stars I would sold me a lemon after saying nothing was wrong with it over heating heater core busted engine is flooded they fixed my turning signals 4 times and they still didnt work everything in their lot is junk! THEY USE FILLER! DO NOT GO HERE! BUNCH OF LIARS! THEY LIKE TO CLEAR CODES!

Sold me a piece of junk. They reset the sensors to make it look like there wasn't anything wrong with it. We dumped $2,500 into fixing it and still just broke down on us.

I bought a brand new scooter has 4 miles on it when I bought it have had non stop headlight issues and when I called to have them fix it they want to charge me for something brand new needing fixed then while I was there they were fighting someone on a car and said “ur daughter was dumb enough for me to convince her”

This place is a pathetic joke. The reviews speak for themselves. Sold me a car and it broke down in 3 weeks. Timing chain broke. Also had a huge hole in the frame that I wasn't told about. I don't know much about cars I'm just a single mom trying to get by and they know that and will ride it for every penny. I went back (huge mistake) and they said they would do a buy here pay here with a super low down payment to make uo for it so I thought cool, they are trying to make it right. I chose a jeep and test drove it. Seemed fine. Agreed and got it.. just in the 5 minutes it took to get home the tire almost caught fire because the caliper was stuck. Went back and they fixed it right away so again I'm like ok, stuff happens but they helped me. Went to get an oil change 3 months later and was told the transmission was on its way out and it had multiple leaks and was basically totaled status bc it was so bad.. mind you they wanted almost 10,000 for this. When I asked them about it JJ said the guy was lying and it probably just needed a new transmission filter. Then I got a fraud alert from my bank, not related to them and needed a new card. Told them I would call with new card numbers. I forgot to call. Yea I get that, my fault.. but they repossessed my jeep and I was 2 days late. Literally 2 days late. Said he couldn't get ahold of me and my phone was off.. told me this while I was on the phone with him on my phone.... how was it off? Charged me 300 for repossess fees to get it back. Leg me be clear he charged me 300 dollars for his friend who works under the table for him to walk to my house (I live 2 blocks away) and drive it back to their lot. Not to mention every time I went in to pay the guy working in the desk made inappropriate comments. Like I ain't even attractive how desperate are you. And I'm 37 and he's like 60. Also I noticed how he only replies to these reviews with sparky and untrue remarks. Real professional. Well they are repossession the jeep again today and I'm not getting it back. They can drive it up their a&&es. BTW the transmission did go to hell and I'm pretty sure the drive shaft fell off. Good luck yall

I really had a great experience with these guys. Walked in there and bought two four wheelers for my kids. They let us take are time and figure out with them explaining to us anything we had questions on.Telling us what waa the best deal and cheapest to buy for all of our children. Because we bought two they gave us helmets and gloves to go along with our sale. They followed us with them to deliver them at our home a 45 minute drive. We where so pleased that we bought them on the spot we would recommend them to anyone have even told friends and family. They started them to show us they where in good condition and sat at our house while our kids rode them for awhile. This was an amazing experience

Has been almost 2 months andi still have not got a legal Title to the car I paid in full for. My tires literally almost fell off from loose lug nuts were loose. Front window fell off the track. Back hatch window won't close. Sludge in my over flow. Back door doesn't open from the inside. Overdrive is broke.
Waited over a year to save and buy this car. Was totally disappointed that I trusted these people. I do NOT recommend there

Went in to seriously look at a car. Ready to purchase but needed to test drive it. They wanted a fee to test drive it but still sell it as-is. If you are so confident that you need to charge to test drive it, then warranty it.

I absolutely love Small Town!! They are nice and very accommodating! I told them my needs and they were able to match me perfectly to a car! Very personable!! I tell everyone I know to go get a car from there!!!
