But that’s not what I’m reviewing Jacob the guys who answers the phone, helps you get an unit setup, helps you make payments, helps walk you through getting a lock from unit building, help you through keypad set up. SUCH AN AMAZING GUY! I LOVE calling and getting Jacob(he’s the only one). He’s always so friendly and so helpful. Just a joy to deal with always. Such a good experience. Has positive attitude.
