I paid $425 extra for OEM running boards. presumably they were $850. I paid half. instead they put aftermarket running boards on. not a OEM.

Robert Potts was AMAZING! My husband and I were very weary at first to go to a dealer to buy a used car, but Robert was the perfect guy for the job! He was EXTREMELY personable and answered all of our questions. Robert talked to us as if we were more than just potential business for him (only focusing on the car, trying to upsell us on things); he talked to us as if we were his friends (joked around about sports teams, his family, our jobs, etc.). Moreover, my husband is a former mechanic, so he wanted to see the service records available for the vehicle we looked into prior to us committing to buying it, and while other places usually ignored the request or just showed us the CarFax that we could easily find online, Robert was more than willing to print out and provide everything he could find not only online, but from what the dealership had done as well. As first time dealership buyers, we had a lot of basic questions that Robert was extremely patient with. Even after buying our car, Robert was willing to answer a couple of questions we had later on. Working with him was easy, stress-free, and comforting. If you're looking to buy a car, definitely go to Robert!

Took my friend to get a truck. I told him not to get it because it sounded like it was a diesel because the engine was knocking that bad. He went ahead and bought it paid cash five hours later the engine seized up and was left with a $2000 bill to replace the engine. These guys knew something was wrong with it because it was $4500 and I talked them down to $3800.

Harold Chevrolet Buick is the worst. Took my car in a week and a half ago for two oil leaks they "must have missed" (their words) from when I took it there the end of 2019. They had my car for three days to "fix" it and less than 24hours later my car was broken down an hour away from home. Had it towed back to Angola and they fixed it (but of course they can't be sure it was their fault). Guess whose check engine light is on again less than a week later?! About $3000 later and I'm still having problems! I am so fed up. Guess I have to call again tomorrow even though I vowed to never return.

Holy smokes, this dealership is amazing. I had my four year old with for the duration of the process, and every single employee accommodated her. They absolutely adored her and she made a new friend in Jose! Trips to pick out a new car are so hard for little ones, but Jose made sure she didn't feel left out and didn't get annoyed once. He was helpful with finding us the right car within our budget too. It was an amazing experience overall, even for something that can be so frustrating!

These people are unethical. Yesterday they attempted to sell a truck with no brakes to a customer who had driven from Indianapolis to purchase a truck from them. The truck had new damage on it because the brakes failed while the salesman was pulling it out of the building before the customer showed up. Then when the customer tried to test drive the vehicle the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. The salesman STILL wanted to sell the truck and have the customer attempt to drive the truck back to Indianapolis with no brakes. I'm not sure if this is not even criminal. Look at the other reviews. All negative. This is my first review of any kind on the internet and I am going to spread the word any way I can about this terrible dealership. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
