Today is Friday July 19th @ 7:40pm. I stopped here real quick to look for party supplies for Campaign. I found items and proceeded to check out. There was already line forming with two ahead of me. No worker in sight. First Customer however did ring bell for assistance. No one came. I walked back by bathroom where a worker was sitting in office area. I informed her we needed assistance. That there was a line waiting. She RUDELY tells me, "I'm on my break". She then goes outside to her vehicle, which she has parked in first spot BY THE DOOR!?! So my thoughts are, what about customers like myself who have back disability and can't do extra walking!?! ? Said person is elderly lady with white/ grey hair pulled up..... I love this store is close to home but I will not shop if she's present!

I stopped in this store 10/7/23. I ask the extremely Rude Red head attendant who seemed to be more interested im smoking outside instead of serving the Customers in the store. This was my first time in the store and didn’t know where the bread isle was so I ask her. She looked at me and pointed there it is you should have walked A little further. I get to the register the self check out was out of order. As 6 customers waited she said quote does anyone know how to press the bell? We were all shocked by her Nasty attitude and being very disrespectful to the very people that make her job possible. I will never shop there again and will spread that to all my Foxlake families in Angola. Carrie was her Name.

I was in the store last night and the cashier worker was very rude to me and saying curse words in front of customers. I never seen her here before. I think they lost a valued customer as long as she is working here. I will not be treated this way in any store or restaurant.

My Boyfriend and I were in there last week door dashing. We were having a hard time finding a couple of items Neal went out of his way and helped us. He was very kind he deserves a raise and employee of the Month. Neal thank you again for your hard work

When is this closing at 4pm gonna stop!! Does corporate even know it’s happening? They say it’s because of staffing yet all the workers are there inside I’ve seen them it’s makes no sense
