I feel this is the worst CVS to fill my prescriptions at. I receive the SAME script sent same time every 2wks. This is the only CVS to never have it filled after electronically receiving it at 1:30pm the day BEFORE! Don't try to say it's insurance due to every other CVS has filled it the SAME DAY RECIEVED even tho I don't usually pick it up until the next morning when my next dose is due. The techs are rude and have no customer care! Again this stems from how management treats customers.

Very rude techs. Never ask if I have any questions. And when i do, they says they dont know and that i need to contact the doctor. Pharmacist never goes over new meds. Wait times are ridiculous. Sit in the drive the driver through for over 15 minutes with no one in the store. Waiting inside the store for 10 minutes with no one in drive through. Just a very toxic environment.

I need to get two prescriptions including a pain medicine prescription for my son. The pharmacy opened two hours late because the pharmacist “slept in”. It took three hours to get only of the scripts until I found out that they were out of one. Now I need to visit another pharmacy. I will have spent four hours getting two bottles.

Always a long wait. Drive thru never open. Had a prescription called in at 10am and it still wasn’t ready by 7pm. No apology or understanding from staff, very nonchalant. I get that everyone is having staffing issues right now, but people often need prescriptions urgently.

My sons prescription was called in at 9 am. I had to have my husband pick it up on his way at work and they hadn’t even started to fill it at 5:30 pm. Ridiculous. We will be using another pharmacy

They are never open! I waited 2 weeks for blood pressure medication. Went up several times a week and it's never open! How can you fill peoples medication when you arnt even open? What happens when my diabetic grandma cant get her insulin cause ya know YOUR NOT EVER OPEN! they should just close permeantly. I switched to walgreens ✌

Pharmacy open until 8. Go there at 4 min until 5 store part open but not the pharmacy need my antibiotics never offered to transfer to an open location. Don't have enough help close it your going to kill somebody

I wish I could give zero stars. Twice in a row I was profiled by my last name, which is foreign. My skin is as pale as snow. My last name is difficult to spell and I offered to spell it phonetically to the pharmacy technician. She did not care or even let me finish spelling it. She just denied me service. I will not be sending my prescriptions to this CVS even if Walgreens is closed and I need antibiotics. I will wait another day or 2 so I can be treated with an ounce of respect at Walgreens. Unreal.
