This place needs a lot of help. The staff is dishonest and does sneaky stuff behind your back. I don't recommend this place to anyone! Definitely seems like a bunch of lying scammers running this place.

Do NOT buy or rent here! Management does not care about their residents. They sold my kid a house for nearly 7grand and guaranteed everything to work, specifically the furnace or THEY would fix it per ANGELA. The furnace does not work and they are WITHOUT HEAT. And management is gonna bill them to get it fixed.. Multiple things do not work in the house and they don't care. But make sure you pay your lot rent and follow their bogus rulebook to the letter or you're getting late fees & any other fee they can tack on. They also said that if you bought a house 3 months of lot rent would be 50% off. Another blatant lie. But their own maintenance person is allowed to live in the park and break any of the rules she wants to. Big joke. HUGE! Run the other way!

I filled out an application over a month ago and the last I heard from Angela the park "manager " she said once they verify my past landlords they will be contacting me.... this was over a week ago, I personally know my past landlords and neither of them have even been contacted yet. They are evidently in no hurry to move me and my family in and would rather leave us to be homeless until they decide to get the show on the road. I have called multiple times, texted and left several voicemails only to be ignored every single time. I don't even live here but I would Not recommend due to lack in timeliness and professionalism

These people want a ton of money for mobile homes that the roof needs repaired, the floors need repaired, the windows need replaced. They are older then dirt and asking like 4-10 thousand for them. Outrageous.

Friendly, has rentals and homes for purchase. Nice, quite location. Pet friendly.
