The care my pet received was good. Office people were nice. The wait was a little long - over a half hour sitting in the pet exam room. Costs were a bit high i thought. They did accommodate me to get me in after calling them. I recommend them based on my experience.

The service was excellent. I received a card in the mail personally signed by all of the staff after having to put Spike down. It was an awful situation and they gave me as much time as I needed to live on him and say goodbye. I didn't feel rushed and they were so kind during the time. It was heartbreaking and them sending the card was a nice way of remembering him. He was a good dog.

I was so very impressed with Dr.Luttman and assistant Dereck, who saw our new horse and pony for check ups. She's so kind and friendly and I truly felt her care and compassion for our new family members! She came out in the cold windy weather to look them over for me with a smile on her face. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I'm grateful for the wonderful service we received!

I woke up this morning to find a sick cow only the 2nd one in fifteen years. I called rural King and tractor supply because they used to carry antibiotics but they don't anymore. The large animal vet and their assistant took good care of me even after I had been there three times today thank you again hope you enjoy the Maple syrup

They are amazing. We recently had to put our beloved Kali to sleep after a horrible cancer diagnosis. Their heartfelt communication and genuine compassion was so incredible. There wasn’t a way to make this situation easier, but they certainly made it less horrible. I cannot say enough words about how fantastic they were, not only with our Kali girl, but also helping me and husband with our grief.
