This place is horrible. They are extremely rude. The facility is disgusting and needs a ton of updates. The appliances are very old. I specifically went there because they offered child care but the child care was a cleaning lady. My daughter was upset every time she was with her and each time I picked her up the lady said a rude comment to me about my daughter. When I called and offered to buy out of my contract because I was unhappy with their service they said I made a commitment and I need to stick with it. They also told me I can just have it go to collections which makes me believe that the other negative comment on here about these people being crooks is very true!!I'm warning you.. don't get stuck in this trap like I did.

don't waste your time and money!!!! They will tell you many things when you join but they will not tell you that you are stuck even if you are unhappy. Childcare there is not hood

I went to this gym for my first visit because I wanted more benefits than my previous gym. BUT…. This place it was awful, especially for the price. I am canceling my membership after only one visit.My reasons:1)Tanning is an extra monthly charge for members (which wasn’t a huge issue) but the bed was completely outdated and literally half the lights were not working. I took a picture AFTER I was done so they had time to warm up-Picture is attached for reference.2) Tanning bed sign in is very inconvenient. (See also #7 on this list.)3)Female locker room stalls had poop on the floor and the smell extremely unpleasant.4)Pool water is dirty, I’m not sure what all was floating around but it was not clean. So I didn’t even attempt the hot tub.5) Small children were playing in the swim lane that I had to be cautious of while doing laps.6) Absolutely no Cell service, but they offer free Wi-Fi.7) Seen several staff members socializing in a group but was told by the desk that he couldn’t leave the counter to check if the tanning bed was available for use. So he asked me to go back to the tanning room to check and then come back and then go back to actually tan.I don’t want to be THAT person, but for the price of membership, I’m going to speak up about these issues.

not professional or helpful really at all. looks unorganized and smells bad. I was interested in signing up and left within minutes.

Not a lot of instructions on how to use the equipment, if you know how to walk,then the treadmill is not a problem. But anything else, you're on your own. Friendly staff,just needs more information for using the equipment.
