Horrible! Long wait times and they never have stuff ready. I was literally waiting on one of my prescriptions since September 12th. When I went to check on it repeatedly, they always gave me an excuse. So I took my business elsewhere (Payless) and got it the next day. I’m not normally to post bad reviews because I understand as a pharmacy tech myself, It can get kind of hectic, but come on September? Really? This place deserves a 0

Funny story I'm about to tell... or sad.... you decide. This has to be one of the very FEW businesses, let alone all in stop shop drug store, that isn't the price of TWO arms and a leg, just ONE arm, ONE leg, and a kidney, that closes at... WAIT FOR IT...10 PM, YES THAT'S RIGHT, 10 pm... but yet... if you need meds and go there at say 9:18 pm on a weekday... know what you'll find? A SIGN ON DRIVE THRU WINDOW SAYING NO PHARMACIST ON DUTY. ????♂??♂ that's right y'all, better go on ahead and keep it moving to Wally World cuz they prolly gonna have a pharmacist, even if they ain't got NO OTHER EMPLOYEES at work till 11pm when they close. ? just sayin ??♂?

This pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. If by some chance you get someone they put you on hold and never come back. I know places are short staffed but everytime I try to call it's the same thing. Time to switch pharmacies.

I have been on hold with the pharmacy, have not even talked to anyone yet, for over an hour. This is unacceptable. I understand there is a work shortage but this is still unacceptable. When I called it said there was 2 people ahead of me. I’m sorry but it can’t take 2 people over an hour to take a prescription. Very very poor. Customer service. It remains how long I will be on hold. At this point I’m just waiting to see how long it will actually be. I just have a basic question. Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

I just went in to find out what issue this location was having with my script. I am told they filled my long acting insulin I NEED NOW on May 23rd (they did NOT), asked about the Humalog (DO NOT NEED), then all of a sudden say THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT. They did 5 minutes earlier. What the hell happened in those 5 minutes?? Someone screwed up and will not admit they deleted the 2 prescriptions I need the most. How irresponsible can they be??

Came to this Walgreens yesterday. Waited for 25 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't help me because they were closed and it was 6:30 on the dot. Now I'm here continuing to wait for my prescript 15 minutes say it's not where it's supposed to be. I have waited in a line to get my prescription here in my car for 2 hours before because they shut down the inside. This is the worst pharmacy EVER!The people are rude and their lack of care is disgusting. Walgreens needs to get this place under control

Pharmacy absolutely refuses to answer their phone. Staffing is a joke. Getting medication requires a 45 minute drive through wait. I’ve tried calling multiple times over the last couple YEARS and it will say there’s one caller in front of me, continuously, for about an hour. Then hang up on me.

your store is the absolute worst store ever. in the history of all stores. people have to wait for hours for their prescriptions. And if they don't wait for hours for their prescriptions, they have to leave and come back and continue to wait for hours for their prescriptions. And then when you go in the evening to go get your prescription because it's the only time you can. you get up to the window after waiting for 20 minutes for the pharmacist to tell you that she can't help you because they closed in the clock. it said 6:30 like you really can't help finishing the guests that are in line. how disgusting are you. absolutely disgusting to not care about the people that need these medications
