Waited 44 minutes on the phone for the pharmacy to pick up with "1 caller a head of me." I hung up and didn't get the help we needed.

Photo lab , or pharmacy I have use walgreens for photos printing and to capture my special memories. I went to Scatterfield rd in Anderson ,Indiana this place is close to where I work and usually are always friendly with in the past few months I have not received good customer service from the people that work there. For instance I went there to print some pictures for a gift and as I checked out the gentleman stated pictures probably won't get done because there are only two of us working. I just stated ok I understand.And left. I thought ok I will just go back tomorrow to get them . So I went in today and the cashier was helping someone else so I thought I would just wait quietly for my turn. A older gentleman was filling the cooler. I turned back to see if the cashier was finished and I over heard the older gentleman say if you don't like waiting you can shop somewhere else. He didnt know that i heard him ? but I kept quiet and when he was done he came over to ask me if he could help. I said yes I was here to pick up my pictures but I would like to look at them first , the last ones I bought was 75.00 and half of the pictures the heads was cut off in the pictures. He tossed them on the counter and stated the girl up front can take care of you. I looked at the pictures and this time they all had lines through the pictures. I left them on the desk and walked up to the cashier told her I wasn't going to buy them this time something must be wrong with the printer. Sorry she said I will go ahead and cancel this then. I have been in customer service for over 30 years . I know this can't be what is left for customer service at walgreens.If you don't like your job find a new one and if you are a manager shame on you!

Bad customer service. arbitrary. Management is weak due to a shortage of workers. I changed the pharmacy for these reasons

I order from this location alot for same day delivery. So I called this morning to make sure they were offering delivery today and apparently their newer employees are not aware of this service. I was told that this location doesn't offer that service and for as long she has been there. I was also told that if I placed the order, they can't fill it. Not sure why they would have associates who haven't been there long be at the store without a manager. Good thing I didn't place my order. If there was a manager or senior associate there, letting me talk to them was not an option.

The fill in pharmacist was very rude to me I believe his name was Dan.. Highly rude .. don’t recommend dealing with him. I’ve been going to this Walgreens for two years now and I get monthly prescriptions never had a problem until he was covering for the normal pharmacist.

Brittany Williams is the most unethical and the most vile pharmacist ever. She proceeded to tell my husband, I that we were from State today “” are pill mills and produce junkies. She is obviously, blatantly in adequate for her job. Do not get your prescriptions filled here, as you will be made out to be a junkie or a drug seeker period I did call Walgreens pharmacy and they said they had never heard of the policies or procedures that she was trying to put into place with my husband and myself and our medications. There is a full investigation being done now so if I was you, I would suggest getting your prescriptions filled, somewhere else, such as Pay Less or CVS.

The pharmacy here sucks. I drive from New Castle to get the same prescription every month. Everytime I come down here. There is an issue, I hate it. The people don't do their job and they are rude as hell

The cashier was very patient and sweet with me. I believe loarly was her name. She helped me print my photos from my phone to the kiosk.

Not sure situation, but don't go here to get meds u less you want to wait in line for 2+hours. Drive through wrapped around building, people inside in lines all the way to the front. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else.

The guy in the pharmacy on August 4, 2021 at 3:24 pm needs to be fired! WORTHLESS! Got a refill, only got 5 out of 90. Partial refill. He tells me that I have to take all before he will refill it. My doctor already ok's it
