I recently had a frustrating experience trying to place an order online for new service, but Andy at the Anderson Corporate Verizon store turned it around with his outstanding customer service! After struggling with the online process, Andy proactively reached out to me the next day via phone and offered to review my options. I was blown away by his willingness to help and his diligence in resolving the issue. Thanks to Andy, I'm now up and running as a Verizon customer again!
Andy's exceptional service and dedication to finding a solution made all the difference. His friendly and patient approach put me at ease, and I'm deeply grateful for his efforts. If you're looking for top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting the Anderson Corporate Verizon store and asking for Andy. He's a true asset to the Verizon team!

Excellent store. Needed a point of sale solution for a photography business I am considering setting up in North Central Indiana. The business account manager was so helpful, direct, thorough, and extremely kind. Wish I could remember her name, but I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

A terrible experience. They would not honor my email offer and wanted $70 more per month to upgrade 2 phones. Thankfully we drove a mile north to the Verizon TCC. They handled everything seemlessly. Service was night and day between these 2 stores.

Don't go to the store if you want any help with account issues. They appear to not be able to do anything with your account except very minor things. There are issues where you want to talk to a person in person to resolve an issue and apparently they have pushed all of that to their phone/online customer service, which is a nightmare all on it's own. The first issue I recently went in with I felt I wasn't being listened to at all and was literally told to call customer support. I was right about what was wrong once I managed to get through to a human on the phone. The second time I had to go back in was again to be told we don't do that in store anymore and to call customer support. Now I've been dealing with this issue for a week and it's still not resolved and I'm in Verizon support hell.

Called the store because I was having account issues and couldn’t get through to customer service as my account is locked. A woman named Linda answered. She explained they can’t help with account issues and that I need to contact customer service. That’s fine, no biggie. I asked if I could go over the issues I’m having to see if she has any advice. She agreed. I tried to explain to her that I can’t contact customer service because when I call to unlock my account, the temporary pin they give me does not work and the line hangs up. I explained this has happened for months, and I can’t get through to a representative and I can’t use my Verizon account or the chat because it is locked. However, when I tried to explain that she continued to talk over me telling me to contact customer service and that I would eventually get through to a person. She would not listen to my explanation at all as to why this has not worked. I just wanted to touch base with a human and see if they had advice since I was having issues with customer service already. She might have been having a bad day but she was very dismissive and rude. Talked over me the entire time and would barely let me get a word in. When she did, her response was flippant and her tone sound like she was annoyed, when she agreed to hear my situation. I’m not one to make reviews but this interaction was really frustrating and rude. Hope she has a better day ??♀️

I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. A little over 2 years ago, I received a phone with a monthly credit so after 2 years the phone would be "free". I was told that it would automatically unlock when it was time. I have since broke up with my boyfriend, but maintained the joint account to keep the discount. Now they are saying I am an account member but not manager and I cannot request for my own phone to be unlocked - a phone that I was assured REPEATEDLY would automatically be unlocked. I have been getting the run around for weeks. I don't like to say never, but there is a near zero probability of me EVER using Verizon's services again after being lied to in this manner. They had no problem accepting my monthly payments for over 5 years but won't honor their end of our agreement. In addition to holding my phone hostage, they have wasted many hours of my time over the past weeks, continually misleading me over chat messages, phone calls, and in-store. Shame on you, Verizon.

The worst store I ever been in bought a grip all-in-1 wireless charger with cash and they would not give my cash back and the manager was extremely rude about it I will never be back to this store again and I’m canceling my account because of this they should never treat people like this
