When I moved to Anderson I needed a place to store my belongings and U-STOR fit perfectly. It's cheaper than the storage place I use to have in Valparaiso, IN. But the management is extremely nice and have helped me get a second shed for my two youngest daughters. I may have to look occasionally for my entrance code, but having electronic surveillance and alarms protecting everything is very comforting. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had a storage unit with them for about eight years and when my credit card information changed, I updated it with the local office in Anderson Indiana and asked to be put back on auto pay. The next month they did not take the funds out automatically and I received a text message telling me that I was delinquent and I was slapped with late fees. When I called to discuss the issue and how I had requested auto pay to be set up again, the manager completely ignored my concerns and did not even try to address her error.

The couple that runs it are very kind, good hearted people. My stuff was in storage here for two months short of 8yrs. I was worried when I went to get it, most of it would be ruined. Nope, nothing was. Thank ya'll so much
