“There is so many things I can say about Jossy and his workers. At first before I came to Jossy shop I didn't have a reliable mechanic just side mechanics with no shops and I hated it something was always going wrong. One thing after the next. Even though I knew better I still tried to have faith in them. Sometimes you have to bump your head a few times to learn from it lol. Anyway I have been with Jossy shop since about the time they have opened. They have never disappointed me. Get me in quick and out. Plus one that I definitely like about them is being a woman they don't take advantage of that like some shops will. They have always been straight forward. Even when I had to got another engine for my car Jossy helped me even though he wasn't doing the work and made sure that the other place was doing there so I wouldn't run into problems in the future. “We took our 2004 Lincoln Aviator in last week for new All-Weather tires, rear sway bar links, front upper ball joints, and rear brake pads and rotors. They communicated clearly, the work was done in a timely manner, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The best thing is that we had our mechanic neighbor check out the work, and he told us that all parts were replaced as billed, and that the labor costs charged were fair.
