Just wanted to say thank you and let y’all know how much my husband and I appreciate you on this Labor Day! The manager and techs were very helpful fixing a low pro tire on my car and my husband’s vehicle. Tire barn definitely came through while every other tire shop was closed today!

What happened to this location? Only have one worker on staff and management is rude. Call and just get repeatedly get hung up on. Gave up on them and went to Walmart to get my tire fixed. Used to go to tire barn even though it was a little more expensive because of speed and better service. Now the service is crap and they are slower. No wonder their parking lot is empty and they got one tech.

Stopped in for 2 tires constantly loosing air. Replace both vavle stems at no charge. Took 15 minutes. Have bought tires from them in the past and will continue to in the future.

The “store manager” Austin Allison is absolutely rude as can be there were cars all parked on the side of the building so I assumed that’s where the parking was he came out screaming and telling me I could not buy a tire because of parking on the side. If your looking to be treated with respect this is not the place to go.

Mom took her car in Monday to find out why it was losing air and they said they couldn’t find anything and air it up and sent her on her way. Well check out what they missed in the picture attached. Went back Friday and bought a new tire despite a terrible attitude by the assistant manager. Absolutely no reason to be hostile to customers because you can’t get your tech to stop napping in his car and go back to work. These guys suck.

Was just there friday. Stopped in because my tire wouldn't hold air. They fixed it fast and didn't charge because it was my 1st visit there! Good customer service.

I had a horrible experience here. Not only are they expensive but they have terrible customer service. My child and I sat there for over an hour. I paid cash for a tire and stood in the rain waiting while customers pulled up and they ignored us and took care of them. While we waited at least 5 other people pulled up and were taken care of before they even attempted to put on the new tire. They hadn't even aired it up all the way. Farther down the road on the way home I had to stop and fill the tire I just bought. I will never recommend this business to anyone for any reason.
