Marvin was a 5 star. He was great! He would be a reason for a customer to come back bc of his great customer service!
As for the actual facility…not great. I had two units here and one of them flooded on the outside of the unit. Because the water wasn’t actually IN the unit, they told me it was too bad. I had to wait till water levels went down to get inside. Very poor customer service!
I emptied that unit. The other one started at about $106 a month and after a year was up to $165. Pot holes awful. Flooding awful. Don’t go here!!!!
