Stoops Anderson is amazing! Helped me out in a pinch. I needed to top off my transmission fluid due to a rear gasket leak. All the shops in the area didn’t have time to help me out. The foreman was able to squeeze me in to keep me rolling! Absolutely terrific people to work with.

Pulled in to the stoops at Anderson and indy, with obvious problems and both shops at different time thought they could put a bandage on the problem and send it down the road,these shop are not equipped to handle a big job, beware to anyone that brings their truck to their shop, it will not get fixed and you will be charged generously, I was told they had their best mechanic on my truck they done a regen and said it was fixed, drove straight to kentucky truck in Jeffersonville in and had to have new head put on the truck, this place is such a joke, so when and if you come to any of the stoops freightliner shops bring vasoline and a pocket of cash, good luck my friends

I came in early morning on Thursday with an abs light and was immediately pulled to the back within 15 minutes, the problem was fixed within a few hours and I walked out the same day in reasonable time to get another load for the weekend, was prepared to do a 34 if need be, never been in and out of a dealership so fast unless the diagnostic provided unfavorable results

I rolled in on Wednesday at 6pm with a cracked radiator tank. Already a day behind to be at a race in Colorado, they had me out within 3 hrs and back on the road. I need to thank the Service manager and Skyler the tech for a great job!

I had an issue with the fuel pump so the got my truck in for 4h after that They bring me a list of parts for $6k but they didn't say nothing about the fuel pump, because of that I felt that I'm not in the right place, I decided to go to somewhere else and they charged me almost $1000 just for diagnostics, so my advice to anyone read my review is stay away from this horrible place and go to another place after reading a good reviews about them.

The most terrible truck service I've ever seen, the rear axle was broken, not only did they take a lot of money from the companies, they also didn't do their job well, after this service I started having problems with the rear axle again??♂️ If you broke down where then it’s not far from this service, I wouldn’t advise you to go here, they make the truck for a very long time, replacing the rear gearbox lasted 1.5 months??♂️ Once again I say they do their job poorly!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If your a truck driver wanting to get back on the road I wouldn’t recommend coming here! Took over three days to get a 4 hour job done after they said they could get the truck in and worked on in 2 hours. Added on extra charges we were not told about so watch your bill.. Lack of communication and management was a joke.

Tried making an appointment to get a PM done on the truck.
First call….. I was placed on hold for 10 mins, I hung up,
Second day second attempt at an appointment….
We don’t have anything available.
A week later…. 3rd attempt…..
Called and again was placed on hold… 6 and a half mins go by and then they hang up.
lol WITH A CAPITAL “F” THIS WORTHLESS PLACE!
I guess it’s a good thing because this place has the worst reviews…..
Charging for items not used, charging for services never preformed.
There was even a review where a customer was told he has no idea what he’s talking about and he was told to “shut up”.
Clearly you can see this is NOT a professional business. They will cut corners and overcharge you for a complimentary water!!!! lol

One star because a half isn't an option. Sent a list of repair items I needed on an M2-106 chassis on Monday. Confirmed I'd be there for day at 7am. Other than my three primary items I added a fourth that was "PM - if time permits". 5.5 hours later all they did was the PM for $1200. Even charged me a gallon of washer fluid when it toon a cup at best. Never going to any Stoops again. Worst experience ever.
Photo of full washer fluid resevoir included below in the pics I sent them for the bushings. Yes they topped it to the top but missed looking at my PCM issue and front suspension complaint which is the only reason I'd go to a freighiner shop in the first place.
Total waste of a day.

Doug in their service department was very helpful , shame the truck couldn't get fixed right away and I have to come back for it but they were very professional and quick with quotes for repairs on the truck I was driving
