Entire driveway into building complety flooded on day of my move in. Could not get to the gate to unlock it or i would have flooded my engine. Called and spoke with someone who acted like I was being dramatic and couldn't refund me as I did my application online 2 days prior instead of te 24 hours they require to refund. If this is how the front of the entrance floods I would be afraid of keeping my stuff here as it could absolutely flood further back towards the units.

Not climate controlled like I was told and water ruined my belongings

So far this place has been great no issues I will say the units are not sealed to the point where critters are not able to gain entry. However I feel like that is to be said about most storage places that are not climate control or inside a building. With that being said you will need mouse protection of your choice be that poison traps deterrent whatever it is you choose you will need it because they are not responsible for any damages as they should not be due to their sheds being like a outside garage where most creatures have access other than that the short amount of time I've been there I've had no issues a friend of mine has been there for over a year and has not had issues with management she did have a break-in but management handled it quickly and satisfactory. There's easy access and also 24-hour access which is a huge plus

So this is my first time renting a storage unit I must say it was a very easy experience and the staff was super friendly and helping me with all of my concerns and I’m so looking forward to having a storage unit

Personally the worst experience I've ever ever had with a storage place. They told me they had a storage unit for me on a certain location come to find out the location come to find out when I get to the storage unit that they put me at was at a different location that I did not need Then they didn't offer me anything better at the location I needed after i already signed a lease and spoke to pleanty of people who couldn't help me was absolutely horrible experience and I would not recommend them to a soul...
