Crystal M made every step of the way easy and smooth. From the application process, to the actual lease signing/move in. Her communication was unmatched, and the renovations added to the unit gives such a great home feeling. Crystal is making amazing changes around here. I cant wait to see what else is yet to come!

Crystal is by far the best property manager I’ve ever delt with!! She goes above and beyond for her tenets! She sees us as people too with real life hurdles and never hesitated to extend the helping hand! Anything she’s asked she answers to and if she can’t figure it out that day, she always did the very next day! Not to mention I love my apartment! Very clean and up to date! We even have free washer and dryers now because of her! I love it here ?

Really love what they are doing to this place! The new property manager is really turning Scatterfield Villas around from new landscaping, free indoor washer and dryers, and new updated apartments! Plus the location is perfect with being in walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, Med Center etc...

I just resigned my new lease and they changed the way we pay for water.. My first water showed me having a late fee.. How can I have a late fee on my first bill?I have paid an extra $50 for water every month since I’ve been here!I saw the acting manager by chance (cause no one ever answered the phone or is in the office!) So now my late fees are still going up. And the washer in most buildings do not work so they use the one in our building.I am the only one in this building that has been sent electronically the new lease, why should I pay for the other people’s usage?! The manager told me there was other complaints and she would look into it, that was the beginning of the month, still no response and late fees are going up!!I am on set income and cannot afford to pay everyone’s water out late fees on my very first bill!Ive paid an extra $50 every month for water, there should not be any late fees, especially on my very first bill! I’m not paying this,I paid an extra $50 even since I resigned my lease..I didn’t even get credit for that! Please someone look into this!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have called the leasing office everyday for the past 2 months about my AC and I have not received any calls back. My AC is set to 65 and its 85 in my apartment (keep in mind all while living with a pet). Windows are painted shut so we can't open them for any air flow. My window came cracked so heat comes in through there. I have dialed maintenance and it doesn't even ring, it goes straight to their voicemail box... which if FULL. I have tried also calling the property manager, who also is incapable of answering their phones. The apartment was absolutely disgusting when I first moved in, the last people left things which did not get cleaned out before allowing me to move in. The carpets weren't even cleaned. There were ants invading my entire house before I had moved any of my stuff in, holes with open wires in them, a hornets nest INSIDE MY BATHROOM, etc. If you use the community washer and dryer, you're going to have to PAY to dry your clothes 3 or 4 times before they feel even remotely dry. Literally the only decent thing about the apartments is the cheap rent and I don't even feel as though the apartment is worth what I'm paying now.

They are good about answering phone calls and emails when you want to rent, but as soon as you sign a lease, they go ghost. When I moved in, my toilet didn’t work properly. It’s been 3 weeks, and I’ve called maintenance and sent in a request online and I still haven’t heard back from them.

Wow, just wow. My daughter lives here. Everything looks so nice until you move in. They can’t keep up with the grass and weeds. None of the washer and dryers work and haven’t worked in over a year and a half. Maintenance does nothing but hang out in his truck all day. Heat is blowing out of the vents in the hallway between apartments. None of the light fixtures work. Broken doors to the apartments. Several residents have window air conditioners, which tells me they don’t care about the central air you’re told you will have. The lines in the parking lot are faded. I could go on and on. Renters beware!

My grandson and wife and kids live there. Considering the high rent you would expect them to make repairs, not be slumlords!

I would like to see our current manager Terri Fordham stay in place cuz there's a lot of people out here who love her care about her and respect her.and we are tired of managers changing hands like people change underwear..
